Steve (locksmith) was here to give me a second key system for SUV for my husband. But not only did he do that. I went to three places but to expensive and my key it self would not start car. Everyone said it can not be done because of alarm system was made that way. Everyone gave me the wrong information because when I told Steve he fixed it within minutes. The key it self has a chip in it and was not program. So now if battery dies in remote I can now use key in ignition and not get stranded. This really was a big deal for anyone. I had a great experience! Starting with my initial call in to make an appointment the customer service was stellar! I drive a gold Ford Fusion and had an issue with my key fob and I called to see if they could fix my problem! Rose listened to my needs and set me up with an amazing technician. The technician not only replaced my key but the new key he gave me allowed me to use features I wasnt able to before. I want to thank the entire team for their excellent customer service! The building was clean and comfortable! Most importantly everyone was friendly and approachable! Id recommend them to my friends and family! I got a copy of my key and fob made. The price was right, the staff was very professional and friendly. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. They tested the new key and fob, and even replaced the battery in my old fob for me. There is parking across the street which I liked. I will definitely use this shop again for any key needs!

This is I think the third time I have used this Locksmith, If he can't make your key, then no one else can make the key. I have a 2001 Honda Odyssey that 2 locksmiths failed to make the key. It took Steve less than 10mins. I jokingly told him to start a school of Locksmiths and teach!, he makes the job so effortless. He is professional and Punctual. His price might be debatable, however, if you want quality, professional job and punctuality Steve gets the job done.

I went to this location to get 2 spare keys programmed to my car. The process was quick and pleasant. I feel it took less than 15 mins from program to check out. They have complimentary parking lot so you dont have to search for parking. The owner gave me a water upon my arrival and he provided me with good advice.

This is my first time ever writing a review but I definitely felt it was needed! My locksmith advised me the time he would be to my location and came right on time. Nobody seemed to be able to make the key for my vehicle...everyone kept referring me to the dealer. I had another locksmith come out from another company that wasted 3 hours of my time only to tell me that he wasnt able to do the job. The locksmith reassured me he would be able to make the key and although it was a lengthy job he was able to get the job done. I will definitely recommend this locksmith to anyone in need.
