Amazing technician! I lost my car fob/key and he got me 2 new fobs/keys at a decent price and programmed them quickly. He triple checked everything to ensure me that they worked flawlessly. I really appreciated that he wore a mask due to Covid, despite it being 98 F outside and probably much much hotter in my car. Very professional, highly recommend!

I literally called him early in the morning. He came to our location. He was fast and very professional. We where stuck in the middle of the street and he was able to assist us. Find and Sustain

I was stuck at the airport and called about five different mechanics. Several were unable to come out or try to swindle me out of a few hundred bucks! Patriot Locksmith came and saved the day. They arrived quickly, re-programmed my key fob after being at the airport for almost 2 hours after my flight landed, and made sure I had a reasonable price! This company is about honesty, integrity, and customer service! Don't call anyone else but Patriot Locksmith!

It was late Tuesday night when are guest at Wally Park Philadelphia, had an issued with her car and wont start, we tried everything to get her car started. We finally had to call a locksmith. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE + VALUE I called in the morning to see what he could do. He came over within 1 hour, found the issue with my lock, found that the issue was that I needed to WD40, and only charged $20 for the service call after I insisted on it. He also explained each step of the process, and warned me to replace it myself in the future if I need to, rather than calling another locksmith. Unbelievably honest.

Tim was a lifesaver!!! After inadvertently locking myself out, he arrived at my door 10 minutes after I placed a phone call to Patriot. He got me inside in less than two minutes, and even gave me a mini-consultation on a new lock I had purchased, explaining the pros/cons to my existing lock. The cost was very reasonable, but more importantly on a late work night, the responsiveness was so much faster than the last locksmith I used. Will definitely be calling these guys if I ever find myself in a pinch again!

We called Patriot after we accidentally left our keys in our apartment. They gave us a reasonable quote and said they would be there shortly. Once the locksmith arrived he was nothing but aggressively rude and impatient. When we asked about the cost, we were informed that it would the amount we were quoted plus a service fee. The locksmith would not tell us how much the service cost we be until we ran our card. When we insisted on getting a price before we paid, the locksmith threw a fit and stormed off! I cant believe how unprofessional this company is! I cant imagine any reason to not give a price to client unless you plan on charging them an unreasonable rate. There are plenty of locksmiths around, this is clearly a scam, dont waste your time.

One morning my garage lock came apart. Put the key in the door and when I removed the key the lock came out with the key. He called back as soon as he got the message. 45 minutes later he arrives gets the door open replaces the lock and gave me a set of keys in 20 minutes. Talk about saving the day!!!!
