Unbeatable service, very professional! Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Mike took care of me, I went there expecting to pay $125 for one key and ended up paying just $150 for TWO high quality keys. You can't beat that. I woke up this morning to go to work to find that i'd misplaced my only set of car keys. After a panicked search of my house & around my car I Googled Nissan replacement keys & Phila-Locksmith was the first name on the list. I called & in10 minutes Mike the tech called. He said he'd be there in an hour & he showed up in 45min. Mike & Ed, his assistant replaced & reset my key & fob in 20 min. I highly recommend Phila-Locksmith. I went from panic to calm in an hour & a half. They made me a 2nd set of keys too.

Called them because I was locked out of my apartment and my bedroom. Specifically stated on the phone with the guy t was 2-3 doors. He said it was $80-125 depending on difficulty. Guy came 45 minutes later used wd-40 a key and gave it a tap with a hammer and was fixed in seconds. Then he said hed give me two spares for free but neither of them work in any of the doors. Ends up charging me $150 and when I told him the guy told me $125 max he said I had to pay for two doors and that was the price of just one. So I call the guy back and state that it was more money that he said and he gets mad at me and says I never told him it was several doors when I did and I have a witness. Two other places Ive used in the past have only cost $80-100 for two doors. So expensive!!! Theres no way some spray and a light tap should cost the maximum price for a lockout. Should have been on the lower end.

Really amazing. Quoted half what the dealer quoted and were able to make two smart keys for a Jaguar that was locked with no keys. They came to me which allowed me to avoid having to call a towing service, came late at night at 9 p.m. and did everything in about an hour. Other services I called told me they were unable to do it whatsoever.

Called for a quote, my daughter was locked out of her apt. They said $80-$120 which was fine, but if it was any higher I would have kept calling around. When they called with the bill it was $150 because of 'the work he had to do' which, considering it was one lock and it took him less than 3 minutes, I can't imagine what that would have been. The only reason I gave two stars was because the receptionist was nice and it only took them 20 minutes to get there. BUT when I challenged the cost the right thing to do would have been to honor the quote she gave me (even at the high end) 20 minutes earlier.

Helped us when our electronic lock failed due to a mechanical malfunction. He found a way to get into the house without breaking any locks and he had to jump a fence plus think creatively to do so. He knew exactly how each lock works and saved us a ton of money that any other lock smith would have charged us because he worked really hard to try every option except breaking the deadbolt.

Change of heart! I had locks changed at my new home using Philadelphia Locksmith. I was initially frustrated with an on site up sell, but The owner of the company got personally involved and corrected the mistake very next day! Thanks to Phila-Locksmith for fishing a part of a key out from my apartment's front door. (My key broke in the lock.) The technician was as prompt as he could be, near 2 in the morning, and he did a good job on a tricky problem. My one issue was that I was quoted a price over the phone that was $50 less than what I was charged. I was fine with paying the final price, as it was within the range of what was listed on the website for the problem I had. It's just that I then had to make a second trip to the nearest ATM, 20 min. to walk there and back again, at 2 in the morning. If I had known the final price ahead of time, I would have only done the walk once. Anyway, thank you for getting that key part out.
