I called them and they had a locksmith to call me. He said he was 2 minutes away, that 2 minutes turned into 20 minutes. I called the company back and they hung up on me. I called again and got no answer. My son called from his phone and they answered but when he told them why he was calling ( He said.I Waring with my mother on the locksmith) He didnt get a chance to finish his statement because they hung up on him.
