5 star experience all the way. Fast service with excellent communication means I will use them again if needed. A technician was out to unlock my front glass door within a few hours when Jansen downtown told me my Anderson glass door was a 'disposable item' and wasn't worth the fix. The locking mechanism was replaced and I could not be happier with my experience. Thanks again!

Marty with Flying Locksmiths came out and replaced a residential front door assembly for me. He was a pleasure to have do the work. He was legitimately happy to be doing the job which he clearly likes to do. The new assembly works great and he even made it so that the door opens and closes better than how it did before. The price was cheaper than I had expected it would be from a locksmith company which is always a good surprise.

Chip with The Flying Locksmiths is wonderful! Long story short, I had 12 locks needing to be re-keyed and a dozen keys that needed to be cut after our cleaning crew lost the master key. Morgan was my tech, super laid back, he came out around 4 PM - SAME DAY - to assess the situation and showed back up the next day at 9 AM to get everything taken care of. I cannot stress enough how professional these guys were and how excited we were to be able to get our issue resolved so quickly. I definitely would recommend these guys

Had a 20 year old 3-point exterior door lock that had stopped working properly. Locksmith quickly diagnosed that the problem was a small piece of metal that had failed. He had a can do, creative attitude and actually went to his truck and fabricated a piece that could be substituted for the one with metal fatigue. Very satisfied customer.

I submitted a request for info via email and their owner Chip got back to me within 10 minutes! They were able to quickly provide an estimate for the work to be done and scheduling was easy. Their technician showed up early and was really friendly and very efficient. He made quick work of the 6 locks that i needed re-keyed for our new house. They put in a lot of extra work and research on the hardware they had to install, did a complete survey of the conditions at our facility, and made sure they got the job right the first time.
