I needed a key made for my car. They were very fast, very kind and professional. They have the best price of any other locksmiths around. The key hole in my front driver's side door was out of alignment and they even fixed that too without telling me. If I ever need a locksmith again they will be who I call and I highly recommend them!

Got stuck outside for 3 hours straight phone almost died gave em a call they were here in 20 minutes from across town basically saved my job Only think to keep in mind if you have a smart lock (the ones with the keypads) they cant do anything for you but they get it done fast no hassle and my door wasnt damaged or anything couldnt recommend em enough if your in a pinch

I once used them before and their pricing was very reasonable. Not this time. After making me wait 2 days, they replaced 3 doorknobs, 1 deadbolt, and rekeyed 3 locks. $590! I asked why doorknobs are $72 from them when Lowes sells them for max of $30 and they said 'Go to Lowes and buy you some.' And hung up on me. After doing the job. Due to EPB blocking my neighborhood I couldn't supervise, but they insisted. They charged $95 to install a deadbolt, a $60 'service call' and tacked on a $28 charge for using my credit card to pay without telling me they would charge extra or giving me other options. Called them Monday afternoon and they came out Tuesday to replace 2 door locks for my company. They were fast and professional. Steve even pointed out something that I had not noticed prior with one of my doors and asked if I wanted them to take care of it while there before doing the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a locksmith and I would use them in the future if the need ever came up!

I would leave zero stars if possible. This place has HORRIBLE customer service and must not want business. I called and made an appointment, when no one showed up I called and they said they just 'forgot'. I rescheduled with them because this was a time sensitive matter and didn't have much time to call someone else. The next morning someone came 10 minutes before my business opened and they did not even bother to wait until we did open or call to say they were outside and just left without trying to get a hold of me. Needless to say I found another locksmith that showed up within an hour and I will never try to use this location again

Steve was very professional accommodating and quite worth the $50 ish dollars to pop my lock at my title one school. Oh the convenience of having them come out and pop a lock - send me with a receipt and all is satisfied of the outcome. Thank you Steve yah did good. Now i just need to cut an extra key to avoid unnecessary fees. I love my truck just got her though and shes been real good to me. Love her to death. Thats why i will take good care of her nurture her, take her to the doctor, keep her clean washing her by hand and just being good to her. b/c i know if i be good to her she will be good to me.
