Lifesavers!!! Was driving up to Ohio and spending the night in Chattanooga when my programmed Jeep key was reading 'key damaged'. Thought I was going to be stranded but they were able to make me a completely new key IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!!! And reasonably priced! Very impressed!

They were so prompt and immediately came out to replace my lost key! I really appreciated their super fast response time and the fact that they were always easy to reach. And then when I found my original key later they were more than willing to reprogram it back to my car free of charge. Amazing professional and quality service. I highly recommend them!

Jessie, the tech who came out to unlock our vehicle, went above & beyond to help us out. Our alternator went out in our vehicle on top of getting locked out of it. She helped get us to the closest parts store by switching the batteries in our vehicles to get us where we needed to go. She & her partner would not leave us til they helped get us where we needed to go. I am so thankful for their help. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Keys went missing and I needed a late afternoon rekey of my vehicle. I was hoping the original set would be located by Lyft, so I held out til about 5p.m. thanks to the scheduling options with Shield Locksmith. Not only was the fellow on time but he was amazingly quick to reset the lock mechanism and cut me a new key. Professional, speedy, and mobil. What more could you need? If you find yourself in a pinch, I'd give them a shout to help you out.

Locked myself out of my car after work at 9:30 at night. Called these guys and Chris was there in less than thirty minutes. He had my back in my car within a minute (literally) of arriving. Price was very fair as well. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing a locksmith, fantastic service!

Granddaughter locked her keys in car with it running. Called Sheild, within 20 minutes they were here. Lady was extremely kind and within 2 minutes had her car unlocked. Price was way below anybody I have ever dealt with!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! Most places you get a voice mail, you actually get a human from hello. Price was below 60 dollars!!! I locked my keys and phone in my car and I had to get somewhere ASAP and all the locksmiths I called put me on hold for like 10 minutes and told me itll take 1 hour to get to my turn but I got lucky and called this company and they answered right away and came right away. I just had my new homes locks rekeyed by Shields. Unbelievably great service. I called and was told theyd have a technician get right back to me and a few minutes later Jayson called and headed right over. This was hands down the best experience Ive ever had with a locksmith. The cost was a fraction of what Ive paid in the past and Jayson could not have been nicer or more proficient. He does all the work in his truck so it was a quick easy fix. Keys work great. GREAT service, Tim was amazing. He drove an hour out of Chattanooga to rescue me and my friend at a state park when we locked our keys in the trunk and werent able to leave. The price was reasonable and the service was quick and he was extremely friendly. I recommend!

So....its 2 weeks before Christmas...crunch time....money and nerves are tight. Wednesday morning....kids and I are ready for school/work....go to start/warm the car....no keys .....fast forward a couple hours...the house now looks like the popo had performed a search for drugs/weapons, and I realize my 4yr old is acting super shady. Long story short....the keys now belong to the sewer, and I'm facing $400-$500 to have it towed to the dealership/service/parts .....now enters my knights in locksmith armor......Shield....true Avengers . Immediate response time, with Jayson showing up in under 30mins. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kept a very positive attitude, despite the temp being <30. Highly recommend - they do everything and work hard to solve problems; turned out our starter/code got replaced by a previous owner so it took a couple tries but they kept at it to figure out why the door security code did not match. Professional, tenacious, do it all on the spot - what else could you want? Would definitely use again

Excellent service! A guy named Matt showed up to my location because I had lost my original master key to my car and he was able to cut and program the key I had bought online just days earlier, They take their time but the service is worth it and their prices are much cheaper then that of other locksmiths I have found, I strongly recommend them if you are in need of lock services for your home or vehicles!

I run a business in which we needed to re-key all our outside locks immediately due to a problem we were having. I gave Shield a call. They had a technician call me back in about 5-10 min. He understood what we needed, but wanted a little more info and asked for some pictures of the locks. I sent those to him. He arrived at our building about an hour and a half later and started to re-key the 4 outside doors. It was complicated with inside crash-bars , but he stuck with it. He didn't quit until he finished the job at 7 PM. Many thanks to Matt who did great, got the job done, and was pleasant throughout the process, even though it was way past 'quitting time'. A job well done!
