Our lock on the door to our deck got stuck and it was such a pain to walk all around the house just to get to the deck. I called Affordable Locksmith and they came out today and fixed our problem. They actually repaired locks on three of our doors and then made us keys on the spot. We were extremely happy with them. If anyone needs a locksmith, I highly recommend Affordable Locksmith!!

My experience was perfect. The gentleman that worked on my cars key cylinder was knowledgeable, diligent and fair on price. In fact, he charged the same rate despite the fact that it took much longer than expected and required a new cylinder. In the end, I could not have been more happy.

A follow up to my original post: I did contact David again, we agreed to meet out near his office at a set time, Fortunately, I was able to catch him between jobs and he satisfactorily programmed my pre cut key and Fob for my truck, He was efficient and courteous and , good to his word, offered to do it for free. I thought meeting him halfway financially would be appropriate and so gave him half of his normal fee and we both went on our way, hopefully, both reasonably satisfied with the outcome.I called last week to get my Honda Ridgeline key programmed, they said someone would be out the following day at 3pm. Next day, no one, showed up no phone call., nothing. I called the company the following day to ask what happened, they said they would look into it and get right back to me, never heard from them again. I look forward to the owners snarky comments that he likes to post when people give a bad review. I was never rude, I was patient and polite. So - what are you going to say negative about me after stating tthe basic facts?

AAA used this local locksmith when I was locked out of my car (not at home). AAA said 30-45 minutes he would be arriving. The locksmith called and said he was finishing up a key and would be on his way. I waited outside of my car for over 2 hours. Finally, I called back and asked what his ETA was. He said he was on his way, rudely. I asked him what his ETA was again. He said well how about I just cancel it. I told him to please just come. He said he was not going to and HUNG UP on me. I called AAA again and they said they werent even busy and could have just sent someone else. A new locksmith was here in under 10 minutes. The locksmith told me he had been right around the corner all morning and could have helped me easily. It turns out this business owner took the job, but was actually in another city making a key. So he took the job being greedy, when someone else could have easily helped. If youve ever been locked out of your car in a public location, you know how stressful it is. You will not want to use this locksmith, I assure you. I truly have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional. This guy left me STRANDED. Everything was locked in my car. Take your business where it is appreciated. I looked up the website and it looks like the guy I spoke to actually owns the business. I cant imagine how someone like this stays in business. After reading all of the 1-star reviews of experiences that were very similar to mine, and the arrogance of this owner with his responses calling people 'liars.' I am just in shock the community supports someone like this. No accountability for his actions. Do yourself a favor and read how this guy replies to his previous customers before you consider using him. I made a formal complaint with AAA, and they said they would take this information into account when deciding who they will contract work out to in the future.

Our family of four (two young kids) came home late one night after driving all day (from Florida), only to find ourselves locked out of our house. Long story! Anyway, we called several local locksmiths with 24-hour service since it was around midnight. We got ahold of several, only to have them refuse to come help us even though they offered 24-hour service! It was very frustrating. Last number to call was Affordable Locksmith. They had a guy here within 20 minutes. He was very nice and had us in our home in a matter of a few minutes. Disappointed. New to the area and read all of the positive reviews so I decided to give them a call. Was told they could cut my keys for my fobs as some of the previous reviews describe positive experiences for this particular service. I was told I would be called back around 3pm after a job was completed and that we could meet in Franklin for my keys to be cut. Heard nothing so I called back around 430pm. Employee stated hed call him and find out where hes at and give me a call back. No call so I called around 510pm. No answer and no return call. My husband called from a different number and the employee answered stating that they are helping people and no one would be available for the rest of the day and that they didnt have time to cut key fobs bought off Amazon. Unprofessional.
