First tech came and after 3 hrs was unable to unlock any of three doors. I dont blame him for lack of trying. However, I was scheduled three days later for a tech to return and repair the damaged caused by first unsuccessful tech. He did not show up and even after I called no one bothered to call me until 50 minutes after scheduled appt to say it would be another 20. Needless to say I will not use this company again.

I went to get keys made for me (05 Honda accord) and my mom (Honda CRV). The guy was struggling with programming my moms new car key then afterwards he was struggling with reprogramming mine. He eventually fixed the problem even though my trunk button was nonfunctional, it was no biggie. It was pretty hot outside so my mother rolled my windows down before the technician arrived. After he left I went to leave in my car and my windows would not roll up. I called and spoke to Im guessing the owners, and they basically said that it was not their problem. Now I am out at the moment 60 $80 for a diagnostic test on top of paying for a key that isnt even fully functional. Would not recommend

Locked my keys and my dog in my car while in town. I Called every locksmith to see who could get out to me the fastest not only was Lockman the fastest but they were by far the nicest. They were the only ones that took my situation as serious as I took it considering my dog was stuck in my car. If I ever have another lock issue I know who I am calling first. No need to call around.

I called to get them to help me because my car door wouldn't shut. They told me over the phone what to do over the phone and didnt even charge me or anything. That speaks volume to me to go out of thier way to help!!
