My key Fab was stolen from my car. I called the dealership and they ask for $1400 just for the fob and then 2 hours to reprogram it $500. That didnt include the a tow fee of $250 . I thought that was crazy so I called the locksmith they ordered my fob and met me on a Sunday and got me going in 15 minutes for $700 . I probably could have shopped around and got it cheaper but the customer service was amazing. They did all the work for me! If anything happens again they are my company ! I love my Maserati but the dealership is a rip off and I probably wont own another one because of the over charge of maintenance. Too bad for them !
