Dillon arrived exactly when he stated he would and was able to quickly replace our broken deadbolt and rekey our entire home. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and kind. 5 stars! Updated review: The company reached out and was very apologetic for the communication errors. I appreciated their diligent effort to make things right with me. Will definitely be using again as I value customer service. Do not use! I was quoted $15 for a lock and $35+ for labor to change a mailbox lock. When the locksmith arrived he assessed the mailbox and then tried to charge me $15 for the service call, $59 for labor, and $79 for a lock. I called the company and got the same person I talked with to schedule the appointment. I told her that I was grossly misquoted. She said she didnt say that and I told her it may have been a mistake in her words but I know I verified with her. Besides, online Im finding a lock cost $5 at the hardware store. She spoke with her manager and got a flat rate of $75 Including tax approved. I told her that shes still charging me $25 for a lock that cost $5. She did not budge and I was fed up just wanting my lock changed. I told the locksmith to go ahead and change it for the flat rate of $75. He completed the job in 5 minutes tops and then proceeded to charge me $81 saying hes using his credit card machine and has to pay for it so he has to charge me tax. Like I said I was fed up and just wanted to be done so I paid it.

Response time was quick, but charges were vague at best. Office says $15 trip charge and $35 base labor cost to unlock door. Tech would have full cost on site. That should be determined before you send the tech! Using an airbag to spread the door and allow a wire to be inserted to unlock the door cost $142!! A new key is less than $60!! They know when you're stuck, you can be taken advantage of, and I feel like this is exactly what they did.

This is the second review because they scammed me into taking down the first. I called their dispatch to get my car unlocked. The lady said it would be $15 service charge plus $35 per hour with a 1 hour min and that the tech would have the final total. Sounded good and for the usual price. A tech shortly called saying hed be to my location in 10 min because he was just around the corner. After 30+ min I called dispatch. The tech called and said he was almost there. 50 min more and he showed. He handed me a ticket for $217 dollars. He explained he needed a special tool. I couldnt wait any longer so I agreed. 30 seconds he has my car opened. Special tool ?????? No it was a standard air bag. Come to find out after I wrote the first review , the next rain we found out he tore the seal on that door. So now my car leaks. I got a response from the supposed owner saying he apologized for this and would like to refund the full amount. I called up and they sent me to a service center that handles these things, so it sounded. They said if I would remove the review, call them back so could verify it was removed they would cut me a check. Guess what????? Scam. I did as they asked and months later I have no refund. These people are crooks, scammers, and liars. Stay away!!!!!! They give good business a black eye!

We booked an appointment to have our house re-keyed at noon. At 11:48 am we received a call that the locksmith was running behind with another job and would be by our place before 1:30 pm. We said this was fine and waited until 2:30 pm when there was still no sign of the locksmith and no updates on a possible ETA. We then called to ask for an ETA and were told the appointment would now be delayed until 3 pm or later. We mentioned there would now be a conflict with our schedule and the locksmith offered to get us another person to come out sooner. We then spoke with this additional smith and found out he wouldnt be able to install a keypad unless we had purchased one separately. This would be fine if we had been given notice sooner, however, the previous smith told us he would be able to pick one up from his office to sell us one. This whole experience was disheartening to say the least, and we are very perplexed to how this company has received so many outstanding reviews. If you decide to put your trust in this company, we wish you more luck than we received.
