They were an hour late for appointment. Asked for quote for replacement of key and fob but they only gave me a fob. Surprised me whit that at the end. Couldn't program key on site and had to return to shop. Missed entire day of work and cost me over 10% more than BMW of Fort Worth ($424.28 dealer key and fob vs $405 metroplex just fob). NO 50% SAVINGS VS DEALER!! Nothing but regret. Techs were nice.

I had a spare key that the dealer gave me in case I locked the keys in the car or something and I could still open it. Well I lost my main key and luckily had this key which only needed to be programmed to get my car too run. I called them and a bunch of other local places and they had the best price at 65$ plus tax to come to my house which was 10 minutes from their business. (May be more depending on how far but I was down the street from them essentially). It took 5 minutes total, 3 minutes too pay with card and 2 minutes to do the actual programming, I still think 65$ is too much for such a simple task but it was by far the cheapest out of 6 businesses I called to get a quote on. So the service was quick and they got here same day so its a 5 stars from me

I spoke to Jose at Metroplex Locksmith to get a key replacement and arrived close to closing time, and they stayed open later just to help us with our key, they have a clean office and everyone was very nice and professional, he got right it and programmed our key, I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. I'm not normally one to write negative reviews but this experience was bad. The first time I called someone answered the phone and immediately put me on hold for over 5 minutes before I hung up. I called back and a woman answered but I couldn't understand what she said when she answered. I asked her if they programmed automotive keys, she said yes, we charge $65.00. If you bring the key there is no guarantee. I said thank you I'll be there shortly and hung up thinking I would go there and get my key programmed. The office was closed due to the virus (this I understand but) She never told me over the phone that I would need to make an appointment. What she should have said (in a slower speech) Yes, we'll be glad to do that for you, You will have to make an appointment because our office is closed to the public at this time.

Metroplex really got me out of a pickle after I lost lost one key fob and both of the skeleton keys. I am positive the dealer would have asked an arm and a leg and several hours of my life to cut two auto skeleton keys from scratch and program both the new (I purchased online) and old fobs. The entire service took less than 30 minutes and cost just $140!! I'm good as new!! Thank you so much Meteoplex!!

The company was friendly and professional from the first call to the office as they scheduled an appointment and throughout the process as the technician Daniel came out. These guys came and totally shut down my car when asked to program key for my 2007 Toyota camry hybrid. They literally wiped out my car key information from the system and i have to tow to dealership.Now I have to pay 1600$ to replace the computer part in my Toyota camry. Neither they took the responsibility nor fixed my car how it was. It was the worse mistake recommended by Bonnie& Clyde.

My friend had a very bad experience with this place!! They ruined her keypad and her vehicle is still at the dealership being repaired. Instead of thee owner apologizing and fixing the situation he sits on here all day monitoring reviews claiming!! On all the bad reviews he claims to have no record of the customer how convenient?! Posting an experience isnt a fake review sir!!! Rather is was a personal experience or someone close to you had a bad experience it still can be posted!! Maybe if you focus more on your customer service skills and the way you do business you wouldnt have so much time to be posting on here!!!! I was asked a question do I recommend this company and I stated my opinion due to an experience I had first hand knowledge of. Clearly this owner has way too much time on his hand you run to google more than you run your business professionally. Every single negative review you give the same response at this point focus on customer service and why would someone prepay for a service after the damage was already done.
