Best place to get keys made! First time customer, made a key for a drawer I brought in right away! In and out in 15 minutes! Courteous and professional staff! Very reasonable price for a key made on the spot!

This happened a while back but still leaving a review so that hopefully it doesn't happen again. I went in looking for a safe and talked to an employee about picking one up, but mentioned that if I came back next weekend with a buddy would that be acceptable. I was told yes, and that if what I wanted was no longer there I could buy the display and they would knock some off the price. Great. This was a younger guy probably in his thirties. Dark hair with a beard I believe. Well a week goes by and I return with my friend to help as I don't want to pay for the install/transport charge. There is a different employee, and older gentleman, that day, but I describe what took place the weekend before. What I was told was 'We don't have any of those here.' and that 'We cannot sell the floor model of that.' I started to think I was on an episode of the Twilight Zone because these two employees told me such different stories. I left almost speechless as the two encounters were so extremely different. Regardless, I never ended up buying a safe, but it makes me weary about trying it again. Liberty was the brand I was most interested in too. Your small showroom is very nice.

I requested help around 5:25pm the lady told me it was around 40 minutes I waited an hour I call again and she told me it could be between 6 on to 8 pm I finally decided to call again and the woman on the phone told me that they had called me multiple times and that I didnt pick up the phone when clearly I didnt got any calls back from them she said she didnt have anymore on my area anymore i hang up out of anger because they had the correct phone number but nobody called me is a shame of excuse of them

The dealer wanted $68 to TRY to program my key FOB with no guarantees if it would work. A-1 checked the FCC number and said they would give it a try. Within 60 seconds my horn was responding to the newly matched key FOB. Great service with a smile. Im a new fan!

Customer service was amazing!!! These people really do care about their customers. The nice guy that came out to rekey my Nissan had to come out twice because I needed to have a new battery placed in my vehicle in order to have it programmed. He was super nice! The second time he came out I observed him help some some of my neighbors that locked themselves out of their car. He was genuinely very nice. We will continue to use this company if needed in the future and also recommend them to others!!

Called Sat 11th and asked Jose for a price to cut and program two key blanks, supplied by me. He quoted $40 per key. After I drove 25 mins to the store, they said the price was a mistake and wouldn't honor it, even after playing back the recorded conversation in store. The price ended up as $75 for the first and $50 for the second; $45 more than originally quoted on the phone.

Do not purchase a Safe from these people. We paid over $6000 for a safe and it was delivered in non working order and we been unable to get any customer service from these people. Keep shopping and avoid A-1.

We called A-1 Locksmith to manufacture an ignition key for my son's vehicle. We were told during our initial phone conversation that the cost of service would be $199.99. I was prepared to dispute the technician's invoice due to the reputation most locksmith organizations have made for themselves and their vertical/industry by inflating the final invoice for less than admirable reasons. Color me blown away... our Technician, Shawn Lacy, was very punctual - extremely friendly - very knowledgeable - and completed the service call in record time. The total upon completion was exactly what we were quoted via phone + tax. I hope to never require the service of a locksmith again, but if the need arises, A-1 Locksmith will be my first call. Thank you, Shawn, and the whole A-1 team for your exceptional service!

I was extremely pleased with the great service I received from Shawn @ A- Locksmith. He called me a half hour before arrival to say he was on his way and was at my home at the appointed time. He was very courteous, respectful, and professional with a friendly and positive attitude. He was also very knowledgable and efficient. He did not waste ant tiime and went straight to work to reset 8 locks in my new home,. At the same time, he anwered all my questions and concerns to my complete satisfaction. He had an attentive and respecful apprentice named Alex who accompanied him on the job. I'm sure Alex received great training from Shawn, not only in technical skills, but just as importantly --how to provide great customer service to ensure repeat business and a great reputation in the community by satisfied customers.

First of all I just want to give a shout out to Ike, he was very friendly and helped me quite a bit. Also if you need a car key made, don't go to the car dealership like I did at Toyota, they charged me $32 and some change for two keys to be made, absolutely freaking ridiculous. I could have had the keys made here at A1 Locksmith for like five bucks a piece if Im remembering right, so come to an A1 Locksmith. It was my belief that he had to go to a dealership to have car keys made in that locksmiths weren't allowed to do it, wow, was I wrong!

Shawn came to re-key some new locks/doorknobs after some remodeling. Shawn was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and even fixed some issues with a couple of deadbolts that were not booting correctly. He also cleaned up after himself! I will call A-1 again without hesitation & will request Shawn!

I went for advice on a gate lock for an old iron gate because all the ones I bought from homedepot didnt fit. Instead of getting advice they actually had an older model deadlock you cant find anymore!! It fit perfectly and saved me a lot of time!The guy working was real patient and showed me how it worked.
