Nancy & assistant were prompt, friendly & courteous. We had our back doorknob/jam repaired and had a new deadbolt installed. Everything looks good & works as expected. They also cleaned up all the debris.The cost was quite a bit higher than expected but we should have asked for a detailed estimate when we initially called for service.

Very fast service and the operator and technician were both very helpful! Our car was stranded because my sister lost the keys and we couldnt afford to tow it. They helped us out a lot and found us a deal to afford their services. The quality of the new key was very good and the technician did everything within 10-15 minutes. Mr. Enrique was the ABSOLUTE best!!! I was at my wits end and no one would help me as I had a c-lock hindering me from getting into my home. Mr. Enrique not only said he would get me into my home he actually did it!! On top of all of that he was able to salvage the lock and restore it so that it can continue to be used. Mr. Enriques demeanor was that of pure calmness and determination. He was very professional and fairly quick given the circumstances. Me and my family are so grateful for Mr. Enriques help. He is deserving of every bonus and perk his employer has to offer. He has made my entire 2019!! Thank you so much again Mr. Enrique. The gratitude was so real that me, my family and my neighbor gave him a hug because he truly saved the day.

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER! ALL YOU ARE GOING TO DO IS WASTE YOUR TIME WAITING ON THE TECHNICIAN. The guy was supposed to show up between 4pm-5pm, he is an hour and 12 mins late. I called the technician to see where he is at, and he is phone is turned off. I called the office to see what is going on with the technician and they put me on hold for 8mins to get ahold of the technician. 8mins is excessive to be on hold. So I hung up and called again and they picked up and put me on hold again and then hung up on me. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
