Fast service but paid $125 for a key that is $25 on Amazon. Also was advised the aftermarket key I brought in wouldn't work because it's the wrong style chip, but later I was able to program it just fine. For $75 I'd give 5 stars. $125 was way too much.

So fast it'll make your head spin. I came in to have a key fob programed for my Lexus GX. The dealership wanted $185, and The Keyless Shop only charged $95. They were able to program in less than 10 minutes.

My car's immobilizer is active so I am not able to start my car. I called Steve and setup an appt. Steve was on time. He did a very good job of trying all kinds of different approaches to get the car stared. Unfortunately, he was not able to get it started. I wanted to pay at least for his trip out to my house, but Steve would not take any payment. Very stand up guy! I will definitely be calling Steve for any of my locksmith needs going forward.

They have chat on their website, so I chatted. Asked how much to replace a button on a fob, they said call us to get the price. wouldn't just say the price. So I call right then and they don't answer. Call again, no answer. I chat answer the phone. What's the use of having a chat function if you wont provide information?

Excellent service! I was at Home Depot on Barbara Jordan and my car key broke off in the ignition!!! They were able to meet me within 15 minutes, get the key out and make me a replacement key!! It was not easy but he did it! Very quick, efficient and friendly service on a 100 degree afternoon. Thank you so much!

Awesome shop. My keys got stolen at ACL which had the only keys for my friends car. I got new keys from Mazda, but we couldn't get things to work. I stopped by here to get the keys recut, and they actually checked and found that the keys did work with some force because they were new keys. They didn't even charge me for their time. If definitely come back.

Would give 0 stars if possible! Went in to get my bmw 2007 530i key programmed, and not only was he struggling and took way over 3 hours, when he finally did 'program' the key, it did not lock or unlock the car DOORS (He did not enable the CAS system for the key) The key only started the car. Not only that he also somehow did something to triggered a steering wheel lock malfunction and a few other stuff they made the car not turn on. HAD TO GET IT FIXED!Yet he refused to provided a refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NO RECOMMEND.

Steve is awesome! Not only is he fast and courteous but when I thought I was stranded because my alarm and key fob battery died I called the shop and he talked me thorough how to start my car manually. I also replaced my boyfriends alarm fob on an older Honda. He was able to order it and program it! Thanks The Keyless Shop! Youre great!

This review went from being a 5 to a 2 in a matter of minutes. They have great service I will not dispute that fact. However getting ahold of them is a totally different matter. Their 24 hour service sign is not true. My first experience was to call and got no answer, so I drove to there location listed on google and no one was there. The second call was made from their parking lot and I was told that he would be there at 11 so I confirmed I would be there at 11. When I made it back he was there and a very nice gentlemen. Quick to help and friendly. My third attempt to use them was a failure. I called, no answer, message said to text because his phone would not receive messages. I texted...no answer. I tried calling again...straight to voicemail. Waited 20 minutes..texted again....no reply. I gave up and went somewhere reliable. Like I said it went from being a 5 star rating to a 2 rating in about an hour.

He is the best! I have a Prius and Toyota wanted to charge $300+ for a cracked body and new key... go to him instead the dealership will try and ripe you off! He also comes to you so if you can't move your car/don't have a spare, it's fine.

Ive had okay service here in the past. Today was just ok. Id highly suggest asking the price on what youre getting before letting them touch anything. I just wanted a battery for my car remote, so I could install myself. When I asked if they had the battery, dude took my remote to check the battery, popped it open and replaced it (after almost 10 minutes of fiddling with it). Then charged me $10 (more than twice the price to *2* car Fob batteries anywhere else). I wouldve appreciated a, one of those will be $10 before dude jumped into changing it. Im down with supporting small businesses (which was why I came here). But Im also down with clear communication about prices prior to doing work.

The young guy that was there April 19, 17 needs some customer service training and needs to talk louder. There was also no instructions given by him what was going to happen. They also gave us a used clicker at full price. You could tell that it was handled a lot because the plastic was shiny by handling and the words worn off in places. He never told us that at purchase to give us an option to wait until they ordered a new one. I would seriously ask bunches of questions and ask to see the parts they are installing. Not sure if I would consider going back. It was fast and it worked fine.

The key and remote they made for my ford explorer was nice and everything works great. They program it to my car and the price was good. The only problem is they said it would take 20 minutes and it ended up taking almost two hours to make the keys work. I understand they were busy they only have one guy working but it was frustrating having to wait so long. I will come here again for my next car key just expect to wait a bit.
