Highly recommend to anyone in need of a dependable, honest locksmith. Mr.Issac's prices are very reasonable and he is very reliable. I'd give 10 stars if I could. He's made a few keys for us and always gives the best service every time. He was even able to get my car open when I accidentally locked my keys in the car. Highly recommend and he is my go to for a locksmith.

Called because my wife had her keys stolen while at Target and I was out of the country on business and she had the kids. 2 minutes into the phone call to HI-Q locksmith they had someone down the block coming to the place of the incident making my wife was taken care of and felt safe. We got the house locks replaced, auto key setup, and she was on her way. They even did this all AFTER HOURS on a Sunday evening. Service is above and beyond and I highly commend the staff for the professionalism shown to us.

Isaac, You are the best! You got here in 14 minutes on a Sunday, thats unbelievable! I waited over 2 hours last year when I needed a locksmith on a Sunday. I had called a couple of different numbers before I reached you and they either didnt understand what I was telling them about my pick proof locks or didnt want to deal with me because they couldnt drill my locks and charge me $400. The immediate service is great and all but for a long term fix I wouldnt recommend from my experience. My replacement key had a weaker remote than my original which I thought was a weak battery or something minor at first. After a while I would have to be right next to my car to unlock it with the remote until it gave out all together. The car doesnt recognize the key immediately and makes the alarm go off every time I unlock the door with the key manually. I called Isaac and set up a time to get him to look at it but he never showed up. I called a few more times in the following week and was simply ignored.

Responded quickly to a difficult situation involving an older home with a warped door frame and broken lock/knob. Replaced the entire lock/ knob system, adjusted to accommodate the warping, made extra keys for a very reasonable price. Excellent work - would definitely use again.

When we called HiQ to come out and take a look, they showed up within 30minutes and replaced our pushbar for 1/3 of the price I was quoted elsewhere. The technician was also super nice, funny and friendly! He helped fix a client of ours lock/unlock button for their car, which was so sweet! We will definitely use this company for both business and residential for future needs.
