If you have an odd ball key this is your best bet. They have a large selection of blanks. Good people. Great service. Good price. Highly recommended.

They did a great job re-keying a lock. They made extra keys but used the wrong blanks, so they didn't work on all of the locks. They resolved the problem, but that's why they received 4 stars instead of 5. Update: I've had more work done and have received excellent service. I've changed my rating to 5 stars to better reflect the level of service received.

Cant speak for the service because i didn't get any. Drove in from Weatherford to get a key cut that I need to overnight to another location but the store was closed at 3pm. Signs on door said closed foe the rest of the day... right next to the hours sign that said 8am-4pm. Not good.

I called this company. Talked to Kenny. They couldn't be less interested in my business. Put me on hold and then told me (didn't ask me) they couldn't get to me any time soon. I didn't need service immediately. I was happy to wait. It was just a side door that wouldn't unlock. It was a door we rarely use so anytime would have been fine. I didn't need to be dismissed. At least be friendly. I'm glad they have so many positive review. My experience wasn't positive. I just hung up and called someone else. I can't stand when businesses treat you as an interruption to their.... business!

We have an older home and older locks on the doors. We had trouble with a Baldwin mortise lock and were advised by another locksmith that it needed to be rebuilt... but he didn't do that. He suggested Bob's and I called immediately. While I had to wait a few days to schedule an appointment, they arrived during the time window agreed upon, worked efficiently and even installed a new strike plate. Things work great at a very reasonable price. We will definitely use Bob's again.
