Paid well over $120 for a replacement key last fall and fob case has already broken. So I returned to the business establishment for repair and sadly, I received a very poor response. A simple customer lookup within the data system would show that I purchased from them. But instead, I was informed that they offer no warranty and insisted that the product wasnt theirs. Wow!!!!!!!

Lost my only key to my vehicle. Called on Friday afternoon at 3:30. Gave him my VIN so he could cut the key. He had to call to get the info for it. Called me back and said he had it, woukd cut the Key and as soon as his tech was back, hed be right over. Called and said hed be here in 30 min. (At least 20 min. drive.) Got here when promised. Job done by 4:45. As far as Im concerned, nothing they couldve done better or faster. And they really know their stuff, too.

They were very good at finding me a key blank which matched close enough to work with my car. This was especially pertinent for me because the only key I had had a transponder attached to it and I needed a copy I could tuck in my wallet in case I locked myself out. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because they charged me $5. But, seeing as how they are a small company, that's fairly understandable and everyone else (Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes) will just use a machine that will refuse to cut to anything other than a transponder if it can tell that your key has a transponder built into it.

I had to wait over a week for my replacement FOB when I was told it would take 3 days. I purchased a replacement FOB for my car and less than 2 months later it cracked in numerous places. The FOB replacement wasn't of the same qualify as the original FOB that came with the car. I purchased a new FOB shell for $8 online and Locks by LeDuff transferred the circuit board to the new FOB at no cost. I suggest purchasing a silicon protective shell for your FOB to reduce damage to your FOB. Unfortunately, Locks by LeDuff do not sell silicon protective covering for FOBs.

The gentleman who answered the phone quoted me $13.50/door for re-keying. He did not mention a whopping $65 service fee that would have rendered me better off just buying new locks. When I called him after I found out (too late) about the $65 trip charge, the gentleman told me that I was wrong, and that it was my fault for not paying attention when I got my quote over the phone. I know 100% for sure that information was not shared with me or I would have just replaced the locks myself. Good luck with this one--I won't be using their services again.

I just needed a replacement cover for my key to my truck. I go here and he was charging 89.95 for it. He said I would have to get the whole setup and get my key remade to fit my ignition. Well I went on Amazon found the exact cover I needed. It came with the little screwdriver and screw. I paid $8 for it and it was here the next day. I FIXED IT MYSELF! There was no need for everything he said.
