Everything was fine until the guy was extremely rough with my car door for no reason. He didnt even TRY to be careful. I have a new car and pretty sure he messed up my seal. Really disappointed and i will not be using this company again. Not worth $40

Called for service gave all of my information and repeated my address twice - 45 minutes later a service tech called me - he had no information about my request (whether I was locked out or that I had called almost an hour before) other than my number and was getting ready to head my way and he had just been contacted by dispatch. I let him know Id be using another service provider. I then called the dispatch number to give feedback and he told me hed been in business 21 Years and is busy - not sure how poor communication and letting people know whats happening has anything to do with how long hes been open... hes a little less busy tonight...

Great experience with them today! We somehow lost our car key and we don't have a spare. I called around to different locations and the highest quote we got was $220. $133 if we had waited until the next day because today is labor day. I called back to Access Doors and they got to us in 10 minutes. I was very surprised with how friendly they were. Very friendly and very professional. They had our key made in another 10 minutes! $150 for another key made. I very much reccomend Access Doors.

If you need a key to start your vehicle these guys are the right locksmith company to call. Access Doors will come to your location promptly and start the process of building a key to start your vehicle on site. They are honest, fair and very capable. I have used them as a customer and have witnessed them handle demanding situations where there are numerous clients all needing a key to start their vehicle and the temperature is 95 degrees or above, Also, they dont jack up the price because you are in need of their services. I was quoted $275 for one key from another company. Access Doors charged me $150 for 2 keys for 2 separate vehicles, Thank you gentlemen!

These people say they are 24 hours but didnt answer the phone till 11 am. Then jacked me around for 5 hours and i still havent heard back from them. Was stranded with an infant all day at home waiting. Kept calling them and would get the run around. Call discount locks instead, they were faster and cheaper!!
