Absolutely will use them again! I called when my 9 month old baby accidentally got locked in my car. They didn't have any technicians close by but knew it was an emergency so they actually called in a technician that was off an was close by to rush over an open the car. They were so compassionate an caring. The technician was amazing an got her out in under 3 minutes. I can't say enough good things about this company. After what they did for my family, they are the only company I will ever recommend an use!

Been waiting for over two hours to get my husbands truck unlockEd. They said it would be 45 mins. We called 3 times and all they said was theyll be there in 10 mins. Every time we called it was an excuse. That there was traffic when we just went down that way and there was no traffic. I dont even think they deserve a star. When I looked up the company it said they were 17 miles away from us. Should have read the reviews before we called.

They showed up quickly, within 30 minutes, the guy dug around in my door and couldn't get the lock open, the apparatus used looks like a coat hanger? Not what they normally use with Pop-A-Lock.he said we would have to go through the trunk, my trunk was full.. he popped the trunk open and then turned around and looked at me and said,'Are you just going to stand there or are you going to help me?' It was so unbelievably rude I was stunned. He went through and finally got it open, by that time I was crying. Several people in the parking lot heard and saw it. He charged my credit card and left. While he did seem a bit remorseful for the way he spoke to me, I feel that being charged the amount I was, I could have had a bit of courtesy. Unprofessional, rude, clumsy and Nothing like this company used to be. The guy's shirt was filthy, I don't know what is going on there but there are plenty of other locksmiths I could have called. Now I know.

With Geico I have ERS added to my vehicles policies. So when I needed Pop-a-lock to help me with retrieving my keys Richard was there in less than 20 minutes. I had my keys in hand in less than 5 minutes after he arrived. That customer service was impressive! He called me to let me know he was on his way and get confirmation on my location. PICK THIS COMPANY!!! First of all the cost of unlocking my car was 50$ which was an incredible price compared to the other companies in Corpus, secondly they said the estimated time would be 30 minutes because that was the standard time but they were there in 15 minutes OR LESS than that, it was so quick I couldn't believe it. the worker who showed up, Lance was incredibly friendly, he immediately unlocked the car, and was all around just so helpful and personable and saved my night. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND POP-A-LOCK!!! :-)

While in Corpus visiting family, my keys were accidentally thrown away. I called at least 6 different locksmiths in Corpus and got multiple price quotes. A majority of businesses would give me a quote around $140, but then say that it may be more depending on programming the key. A few locksmiths would change their price from $140 to as much as $290 for a 2005 Chevy Malibu. Pop-A-Lock gave me a definitive price of $130 flat price, no taxes added. As I kept pricing around a lot of competitors would say, 'We can't match that price. There's no way they can promise you that price without seeing the vehicle first.' Well, the morning came and Pop-A-Lock was at my family's residence right on time and had a replacement key made and programmed in 40 minutes. When it came time to pay I was already preparing myself to see some additional fees or something that would raise the price. Nothing like that was found. A clean invoice with $130 total was all I needed to sign.The locksmith was very polite and had plenty of experience. I would highly recommend this locksmith to anyone in the Corpus area. Don't settle for other businesses telling you, 'We gotta send someone out to give you an exact price quote.' Go with Pop-A-Lock and know that you're getting an honest price right from the beginning.

I called to unlock my vehicle, the operator said i will be helped in 30 to 35 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes i called back to check in only to be told they had called me, which did not happen, and i said to cancel and that i had gotten my door open. To un cancel this call they wanted to charge an extra $5. DONT USE THIS SERVICE!

We called them at 5:20pm because our vehicle was RUNNING and locked. They are located 13 minutes from our home. We called them after 35 minutes and the woman on the phone lied to us and said the tech was having trouble because of debris on the road. We have been driving around town all day long and there is NO debris ANYWHERE. They still didn't show after an hour and a half. Our car had been running this entire time and we even told them that several times!!! We ended up calling to cancel and requested from another company and they were GREAT.
