Wish I could give less than one star. Was quoted by 2 different employees $95, but the locksmith called 10 minutes prior to showing up and said $200 and up . I told him that's not what I was quoted and he said he didn't care, take it or leave it. He then hung up when I said that's not right. I called and the company had down that they quoted me $95, but I haven't heard from a manager or owner yet. The appointment I set up wasn't met, and I still haven't heard from the company to explain. This is the bait and switch. Horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. I'm talking with the new company I hired and they said this company has baited and switched for years.

Very fast to respond and came to my house right away! Was able to open the door easily, quickly, with no damage (even though other companies have had issues). Had very fair pricing and was able to make extra keys on the spot! Thank you very much!

Update:The woman I spoke with on the phone told me it would be a $30 service fee plus a $25 + labor charge. Anther woman shows up and charges me the $30 service free PLUS $45 unlock fee PLUS a $65 labor fee...the woman then proceeded to jiggle at my door lock for a little over 30 minutes with no progress...all for $152.38 (Another company did it in the past in literally 5 minutes. In and out, $65)After this women overheard me on the phone with my SO, she told me she was going try a couple more methods to guarantee to get me in, but that if nothing worked, she would have to drill out my lock which would make it unusable for locking purposes, but the knob would still turn (cool?)THEN before she left she apologized and told me that lock picking was not her forte...so why come to just mess with my door? I still had to pay $30 for a service fee after I asked her to leave, but Never. Again. 100% not worth it.The lady who answered the phone is super rude. I called once just to get a price and said I would call back after calling a few more places. When I called back the second time, before I could finish talking, the lady cut me off and started answering me on prices. Then as she was asking for my information she just had an attitude. Not something anyone wants at 8 AM, especially when youre late for work AND you have a final exam.

Adam was timely in arriving as we scheduled and quick to complete what we needed. In addition, we were able to make a credit card payment with no issues. I only give wish he was able to rekey another lock we needed however in all fairness, it was a unique lock that he didnt have the tools for.

They tell you $30 and that it could be an additional $25 and up depending on difficulty. What would seem legit to you to unlock your car? They ended up charging $150 for a 30 second unlock! They do not believe they have obligation to tell customers up front that it could cost up to $150 with any justification for that charge. Guy who showed up said it was because it was after hours (6 pm) and charged $120 labor, but a call the next day to their call taker revealed that it doesn't matter after hours. This is not good business practice - make sure you ask the follow up questions when calling these people - or just do not call! Ask questions with any locksmith for true services and charges!
