They are the bee's knees of keys. I called twelve other 'lock smiths' about cutting a key from a broken key, since I only had the one. Most of the other smiths were mobile units and had no store and did not have the equipment to cut the key. Of the smiths who had a store, most said they could not do it, others were not sure. When I called Bee's Keys they were confident they could cut the key and they did. I did not have the lock so they let me take the key free of charge with an agreement I would come back and pay it out worked. It did, so I did. Then the price, for two copies of the key I paid $5.95. They are professional, fun, and able to solve your problems. I give them 8 of 5 stars (I get the math doesn't work).

All I can say is WOW what great customer service. Julian came in did his work and then readjusted some locks that were not working properly. Made a key for us to match a door. Nice and did a great job. Also while I was paying his invoice he went back and was wiping all the doors he touched. Couldnt have asked for better service. If I could give them 10 stars I would have. GREAT JOB JULIAN!!!

Open-ended quote... I was told that 'I'm the one who lost my keys' and it's my fault so I have to pay its whatever they charge me 'he is coming to do me a favor'. After the quote $250 or more if he makes a mistake on the key, I pay for it! So, if he's perfect why should there be any mistakes? Why are you in the service industry if it's a problem to do what you're licensed for, integrity? This company lacks that.

After getting hit on by the keymaker, I come home to test my new keys and one gets stuck in the lock for almost an hour. Its still stuck, so I cant even test the other copy. Thats fine if you want to make friends with customers, but dont get so distracted that you cant make the keys correctly. Now anyone on earth can have free access to my apartment and Bees Keys wont return my phone messages to come do something about it. Shameful. Very disappointed in my first time using this company.

I lost my original set of car keys. They were able to come out 2 days after the instance and succesfully replace my key. It was expansive and I was required to get 2 keys; they wouldnt just do 1 which added another $100 to the bill. The service was fine. Seemed like a long wait having to leave my car on the street for 2 days and the price. They were able to provide a qoute over the phone which other business were not.

I just had some copies made. I left them four days ago and was told I would receive a phone call back to tell me the price, and if I said yes, when they would be ready. I didn't get a phone call back. I called and was told it was my fault for not dealing with the correct person. Then I was quickly ushered off the phone and the employee was not only rude, but just plain condescending. This may seem like very picky things, however being kind and remembering that the customer is coming in to spend money should always be first priority in the retail business world. There are no shortages of businesses like this. This was not my first horrible experience at Bee's Keys. I will never go back. I will drive out of my way to deal with a friendly person. Life is too short to have to pay someone and be insulted at the same time.

I have been here twice, and received quick, friendly and excellent service both times. During this last visit, I was asked how I could be helped immediately when I walked in the door. When I was waiting for my keys to be made, a worker came into the shop and asked if I had been helped. Outstanding. I'm only giving them five stars because I can't give them six.

They have the best rates and they are straight forward and honest folks. Unlike another company we called who can't even give us a proper quote. When our key issue turned out to be a faux pas on our part, the gentleman that came out didn't make us feel stupid. He didn't charge us for the full rate (didn't have to do what we thought had to be done) and he even helped us figure out what might be wrong with another key hole and even oiled our locks and ignition. Thank you Bee's Keys, we'll be sure to call on you again.

Great Job and Work on the Keys I needed, but the Attendant or Locksmith was a little rude to say the least.. Patrick I think was his name, at 2:00 PM, on October 2, 2017..... He got the job done, but he acted like I wasbothering him to cut several keys.... I left them for about an hour, and cam e back and they were ready.... Probably going back to A-1 Locksmith down the street next time... No room for rudeness in this world....
