Michael's Keys installed 8 new locks on Thursday, Sept. 5th. When my 90 yr. old mother accidentally locked herself out on Sat. Sept. 7th, we called them. The lady that answered the phone was rude & told us they don't work on the weekends. We had to call another locksmith & wait 1 1/2 hrs in the 101 heat to get inside. Will NEVER call Michael's Keys again.

If i can give 0 starts i would so.The guy working is very rude, and throwing keys on the counter. Shaking his head of how many keys i need copied? I will never come back here.

I went to at big box hardware store to get a copy of a key. The worker was a little short with when he told me they couldnt help me. I went to Michaels Key and was helped super fast and friendly gentleman had the new key in a few minutes.

Called and talked to Ariel! She was so nice and super helpful. She went above and beyond and made me a customer for life. She walked me through an issue, when she didnt have to. Kudos Ariel - not sure if thats how you spell her name

I arrived to have a new Ford key programmed. Upon entering the store, Chuck, the clerk was in the process of creating an invoice for a gun safe he had sold. He was unfamiliar with the software and it took around 45 minutes for him to create the invoice. He was trying hard, and I didn't know how long I would take in the first place so I waited. When it was my turn I explained what I wanted. He said he could try, but that Fords were difficult. I said I was ok with paying for him to try. He then said he closes at 5 (it was currently 330) and didn't want to try. Thanks for wasting my time, Chuck.

Called other places bother here in Dallas and Phoenix and was quoted on average $85 to program each key FOB. These guys charged me $50 to program 2 and did it all in under 10 minutes.
