Not sure where this 4.9 average comes from, but a butcher showed up to my home, not a smith. An amateur with a grid wheel cut my birth certificate, singed my social and nearly cut through the grip on my pistol. And were so bold as to charge 350$. I hope they use that money to buy a clue. This is bordering on fraud, they got 1 star because they showed up on time.

They do come out fast in which I'm thankful, but I'm told one price on phone for coming out then the starting cost, they come out and it way high then what I was told. Be true to what you tell your customers please. Not everyone has that amount of money sometimes. Thank you anyways for opening my door.

Ive never used a locksmith but Im glad when I did it happened to be these guys The estimated time to arrive was in 40minutes and they showed in 20minutes and did their thing. I was in my car in no time. Thanks guys

terrible service . I called at 5 and they said I would receive a call from a technician in 30 mins . 1 hour passes and I never received a call. I followed up with a call to ask what the deal was and they said they would talk to the mananger and get a new technician to call me . Still after 45 min to an hour no call . So I called again asking what the problem was. Still the same answer that they would call the technician and have them call me . At this point I was fed up and had a different company help me . I finally receive a call from them at 9:45 about 4 1/2 + hours later . I would Never use them. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!
