I have nothing but good to say about this store. This guy's prices are unbeatable! And his store is conveniently located. His inventory is amazing. I searched everywhere for a 210M Illinois key and no one had it, but Bilco did! #SupportYourLocalBusinessesThis guy is the real deal! I bought two keys and both were 100% identical to the master key. Now, I am realizing that the locks are giving out so I am just going to replace my locks and get a new set of keys (If the keys don't work. It's your locks).This guy is great at trouble shooting from miles away he told me, 'Don't buy keys. It's better to change the locks.' I should have listened and saved about a dollar and change per key.

When I need keys made, I go here. They are quick, skilled and inexpensive. In and out in 5 minutes if no one else is there. Parking is limited in the front and there are some spaces in the back. They also provide more comprehensive lock services and have mobile service. My company has used them for lock needs at the office. In the store they sell safes of all sizes, keyrings, special keys, and other related products.

I took in a small lockbox that had no key. I asked how much to open it and the guy said two dollars. It took him literally less than a second to open it. I handed him $2, and he said it was $20! I was so stunned I couldnt speak. I will never go in there again and would never recommend them.

I called to order rekeying service for a new house I purchased. They showed up and attempted to re-key the front door but instead broke it. So they left me worse off than when I started. I could no longer open the front door w a key. They changed the backdoor key. They left carelessly. With 'you're going to need a new door knob. Easy to install yourself'. I mean their was a point in calling you. They charged $150 for changing one key which adds to the inconvenience. I still had to go get a new entry knob and now I have unmatching keys. I think it was a very unprofessional and shady thing to do. Break a door knob, charge, and leave. Definitely amateurs.
