The Dallas Location is easy, convenient and Very well organized and efficient. They booked my appointment for my Dodge RAM 1500 and programmed duplicate key Fobs, and emergency door keys from the VIN. They are very safety conscious about vehicle ownership and Identification. Appointment right on time and finished fast. Very friendly, courteous, and definitely know their profession!

I lost the keys to my gas cap. Eli quickly helped me and was able to pick the lock to remove it. The way the gas cap was manufactured, Eli was unable to access the actual lock part of it to make another key. He recommend me and told me directions to the nearest AutoZone for me to go and get a replacement cap. Thank you so much Eli. You were great!

This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced during moments of crisis. Sandra (the dispatcher) told me that they were not able to get out and help until 5pm. I have been crying for days because my keys were stolen. She took it upon herself to assist me. She picked me up from the hotel, drove me to downtown and programmed the key and unlocked the door!!! Sandra, I really hope your boss sees this. You all are amazing. Thank you so much!!!

This was hands down the best customer service Ive ever received. I received a new guitar as a gift, but it was missing the keys to the clasps. Extra Locksmith picked the lock, and gave me tips to ensure I could easily get in and out of my case. So friendly and competent. A+++++

Went there to get 2 copies of keys made. Nice lady behind the counter was very professional and made my keys in front of me. She took the time to make sure they were copied correctly. This was the 2nd place I went to since the other was closed. Glad they had someone there fulltime and not on an outcall.

I lost the keyless entry unit to my 2017 SUV. It's a smart key so very few locksmiths will even attempt to work with my car. Even less of them in town had the unit in stock, and those that did weren't willing to come out the same day. David at Extra Locksmith not only came over late (his day was already booked yet he KEPT HIS WORD and met me that night) but answered when I called, was patient when I asked for updates, and provided stellar customer service while working on my vehicle. It was around midnight and the replacement unit he brought didn't work. Instead of rescheduling, he drove all the way back to his office, got another unit, and finished the job. David - you ROCK. I was so impressed with your work and professionalism. Thank you very much for your help. I'd recommend Extra Locksmith to anyone because of the customer service and quality work you did.

Extra Locksmith really did go the extra mile for me in providing great service. I needed to duplicate a special key for my house, and apperantly this key was a restricted key.
