Moved into a new place so I called to have the locks change and he was here within 45 minutes! Took a look at the door, explained to me what my options were and wasn't pushy at all on trying to get me to purchase a more expensive lock. Had both locks installed in under an hour! Reasonable price for excellent service. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience all around! I needed my locks changed ASAP and they were able to accommodate me right away - even on a Sunday. The service was prompt, professional and seamless. They also were very patient and took the time to make sure I know how the new lock worked and that both keys worked perfectly. Will definitely use them again if I ever need a locksmith - would give 10 stars if I could - Highly recommended!

This is top notch professional service! Best service ever! I called last night to see if they could come out to make a new key for my car since my daughter had lost it the night before. I was told that they had a lot of work for the day and honestly they were unable to come but that they could come in the morning at 7 am. Jeff got to my house a little after 7 today and got the job done just in time for me to drop my girls off at school and get to work on time. Can't complain about the price either! I highly recommend their services.

Jeff And the A&M Mobile Locksmith was both incredibly friendly and reasonably priced. I would rate him higher if I could as he went beyond a normal service call to help me out when my key busted in a garage door lock after 7pm at night. Nice to see that good service isn't totally gone.

I sent him a picture of the lock and he told me exactly how to get it open. Not everyone would have done that and passed up boucoup bucks. The best in terms of service and price!! I had one key for my 2003 Mercedes and one morning my car would lock and unlock but wouldn't start. I got a quote the same day for 2 brand new keys for less than what the dealership wanted for just one. A&M did what they needed to access my ignition switch and put everything together to where you couldn't even tell it had ever been apart. Very professional and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a locksmith. Thank you A&M!

My technician, Mike, was very transparent on pricing and when he was going to be able to come and help me out. He quoted me 180 for an ignition cylinder replacement + key reprogramming which is fairly cheaper than other quotes I recieved (200+). Don't waste your time calling the other locksmiths around Houston as I was given the run-around for 3 hours, (called and had technicians promise they'd be out immediately at multiple company's) and as I was starting to panic, I found that one call to A&M and a short wait got the job done. Thanks again Mike!

Unbelievable. Had a key programmed about a month ago that has stopped working several times. Through texting the technician that came out said he would come check it out for a additional $70. Why should we have to pay if it stopped working to begin with? It stopped working again last night so he showed up not in a work van but in his BMW and when he pulled up magically my key was working again. The technician stepped out of his car all of two seconds and when I said it worked again forget reprogramming it he demanded $40 cash whichever was never stated through texting. Seems very steep for him to open his car door do nothing and leave. Also not understanding why it has to be paid in cash I like receipts and handling payments via card. Seems shady. Wont be dealing with these people ever again.
