Extremely poor communication skills and poor customer service. Promised a locksmith would be out in 30 minutes. I asked if there was any way the technician could come out sooner and the owner said no. She said she would be sending someone out but to call around, see if any other companies were closer, and call her back if I found someone else. 30 minutes go by and no one has arrived. Called their number back to see what the situation was and the owner now claimed that no technicians were available and said I was lying about the original 30 minute ETA. After I ended the call, the owner proceeded to blow up my phone with text messages. I blocked her number and she calls back again on a no caller ID line. DO NOT do business with this company.

I didn't originally contact Abbot but rather Baker Safe & Lock and King Safe & Lock. I called on behalf of a resident who had went to drop the mail and locked themselves out of their condo. After waiting in excess of 45 minutes for the both locksmiths I got online and found Abbot. There is a good reason why your ratings are so high. I was told that a locksmith would be on-site within 20 minutes. Within 20 minutes George pulled up to the units, was granted access and was in within 5 minutes of arriving was inside the condo. It's nice to know that not only will you answer the phone, you actually show up and do the job. By the way I never heard back from King Lock and Baker responded by phone after 1 hour and 8 minutes. Nice job George, I will definitely use Abbot again. Thanks Scott

I locked the door that access the garage, keys nowhere to be found and the remote for the garage door was with my husband out of town. I called Abbot and they came within the hour as they told me. Very good and proffesional service. The job took 2 minutes and I was back in the garage. I will recommend this company.

This was the best locksmith service I have ever used. They were very fast and friendly.
