I have been to this place in the past and it has normally been very good but recently there is a young kid over there who is very unprofessional has no sense of service and always seems to be in a hurry just to get me out to the point that he doesn't pay attention to what blanks he uses to make keys from and the keys always come out wrong. I've had three so far that had to be remade because the guy is always in a hurry and not paying attention. I should not have to waste my time to keep coming back to get him to correct something he should be able to do right the first time. Not sure what his deal is but he really needs to straighten up because his attitude effects the business as a whole. I really hope this kid gets it together and that the owner or manager has a good talk with him.

Nice place and the staff is friendly. Leonard is the man - cut a new motorcycle key after I managed to break my old one. Worked like a charm. Prices are extremely fair. Will recommend to everyone who needs their services.

Excellent customer service. My 40 year old metal door has some peculiarities such that replacement locks from Home Depot would not fit. The guys were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Fixed my broken part to enable me to continue to use the old lock.

This place is the best. A few weeks ago, I was driving a friend's older car. I went to get something out of the trunk and noticed the key was starting to bend and it was cracking. I called and Baker's said they could make a new key. I felt bad because there 5 minutes before they were closing, but they were as nice as can be. It cost me less than. $10 to get two new keys made. I stayed inside while the gentleman went to check and make sure the keys worked. My 3 year old son was amazed at all the stuff in the place and the guy gave him a little set of keys for him to keep. He loves them and takes them everywhere with him. I highly recommend Baker's for any of your locksmith, safe, key etc. Needs. Everyone there was so nice!!

I called Mr. Lee after 10:00PM on a weeknight after I had locked myself out of my apartment. Mr. Lee promptly left Houston to drive to my place. He was extremely efficient, both in unlocking my door and in making me a spare key on the spot. I highly recommend Bakers Safe and Lock.

Dear Greg,To say I'm disappointed in so many ways with your company is an understatement. I have to start out with your first appearance from your lock smith who was hours late showing up for the appointment. Next after having him see the issue and reporting back to you, I was told I would have a call back later that day with an estimate, which never happened. Days later when I had to finally call your company to get the estimate, you give me this outrageous $2000 cost estimate! I spoke to you at length over the job, the items I had purchased, sent them to you to review, and then asked for consideration on the price for installing them. You said you needed the weekend to review the items and you will get back to me with an updated price the next week. This was two weeks ago and I've heard nothing further which tells me your company really does not have good work ethics and I would not do business with you now at any price. I have no choice to put this in your review section as well and I will. Lastly, I have purchased all the items on Amazon and installed them myself with the help of YouTube and they work great for just under $100. Thank you.
