Service was awesome and quick! Needed a new key for my daughters car since she lost it. Steve called me back within minutes to let me know he was heading to us, and arrived to us right away! He was able to get everything done for us in less than an hour! Hes very nice and has very fair and honest pricing! No surprise fees! Steve, thank you so much again for getting to us so quickly and taking care of us!! Especially on a holiday! Highly recommend!!

Man I called to get keys done and told them Im on the way. I get here they have the door lock and rejecting my calls! There isnt that many lock smiths around waste of a thirty minute drive and gas!

I called a different locksmith service for my mom who had locked her keys in the car, and while that locksmith was still on the way, someone from this company presented themselves as the actual locksmith that I had sent, and we ended up being charged more than I was going to pay with the other service.

Poor service, I usually do not write a bad review but I honestly felt that they did not help me whatsoever. Called them because I saw good reviews and I'm starting to think the 5 star reviews they have are not even from real clients. My key was not working in my car it wasnt allowing me to turn my key, they came out and was told my ignition switch needed to be replaced. Was informed if I baught the part they could replace it for me. So I did so they came out the next day took my car apart and told me the part I baught was faulty they left my car torn apart with pieces everywhere after having no luck with them getting a part for me I asked them to come back out and put my car back together so I could take it somewhere else. Called every day for a week to the point I had to call different numbers because I would ask if they were going to come out and the only response I would get was a 'yes either later today or tomorrow' They showed no courtesy in calling to say they wouldn't come out after they said they would. It got to a point that I even felt I was nagging them just to come back out and put my car back together when they took it apart in the first place and on top of that they had lost my car key so I had no key either. All I wanted was them to come out and put my car back together if they weren't able to fix it so that i could take it somewhere else. But yet they showed no courtesy to call or let me know what was going on. When they finally came out after I spoke to a steve and told him I was getting frustrated and getting the run around and all I wanted was them to put my car back together and to bring me my key to my car it Even felt like he was trying to cut me off and was not allowing me to explain how things were going. They finally came out put my car back together and I immediately called another locksmith just to get a second opinion. The other locksmith fixed my car within an hour and told me that the previous locksmith must have not known what he was doing and showed me how they messed up and didn't even put my car with the ignition back on correctly. Told me the part I got would work perfectly and I didnt need to get another one. I now have my car back up thanks to the other locksmith I called. It's sad that I wasted 200 dollars on these guys and they did nothing for me but give me the run around, tore my car apart, and left me without my car for a week. I'm only glad that the other locksmith company i called helped me get my car back up and running today.

These guys just helped me out of a big jam. I lost the keys to my Nissan Altima. The dealer wanted 350 bucks for a new smart key. And told me I had to go to them to get one and have the car TOWED. They did it for half that and came to my job.

This incident happened on 3/15. For the business I own, we were wanting to change the locks on all the doors. Caleb came out within an hour. He was here for maybe 30-45 minutes. However, when we were closing up for the night, the double doors in the back of the building wouldn't lock. Me and one of my employees tried multiple times to lock the doors. We called the company to come fix the issue. My employee waited for an hour and a half, and only found out Caleb's van broke down when he called to ask where he was. They sent someone else out, overall making my employee wait 3 hours to get anyone to come check things out. After inspecting the locks, the new guy said it was the mechanism on the locks and couldn't do anything to fix it and left. The locks were working just fine before they were changed, how was it the mechanism on BOTH of the back doors? He recommended my employee put chains and padlocks on the doors to ensure it stayed secure overnight, and said they'd be back the following day. I talked with the owner on the phone and he was very belligerent and fighting with me. He even called me a redneck, among other inappropriate names! He said he wasn't going to send out anyone to help us that night and hung up. The following morning, 3/16, my employee received an automated text asking if we still needed services done. We replied with yes, and no one came out. We even called them to get them out and got no answer. Overall a very poor experience. They weren't willing to help us when they messed up their own work.

Broke my car key that attaches to the remote. I was freaking out because I needed to head to work. Found 1960 locksmith and was unsure because of the mixed reviews, but tried it anyway. They gave me an HR ETA, but was at my place within 30 minutes. Not only that, but the were cheaper than I expected to replace the key. I even made it to work in time. Couldn't have had a better experience!
