My go-to Locksmith!!! These lovely people saved my life! I broke a key and they were the only locksmiths in the area out of the four I called that were willing to TRY (since the key is not for a house or vehicle). It took 40 minutes and all hands on deck, but I could NOT be more satisfied with their service! They made me two copies of a broken key, matched the blank and hand carved it until it was perfect. (It definitely helped that I had the lock with me!) My superheroes, for sure! I will be coming here for all my future lock/key/security needs.

John came out and programmed our new key in less than 10 minutes, charged us a reasonable fee and didn't charge us a trip charge what so ever. We went to get a new key for the sleeper's door of our truck, he made the key , which functioned perfect in one of the doors but when tried in the other , it got locked and this man told me to take my truck to the dealer cause he wouldn't be able to open the door he himself locked , without even trying to open it , he was very unprofessional and now I have two problems instead of solving one , and of course I had to pay for the service . Don't recommend this place to anybody

Worst place ever to get a new key,I was with 18 wheeler to make a couple of key of the sleeper' s doors when I got there the two doors were working perfectly but without no key, the owner began works on it and he could to take the example for a new key and he locks one door and he couldn't open again, and i have a lot of importans things in there (triangles, tools, inverter) he just fault to unmantaince lock, and he sent me to another place to fix it, now I have two keys and a door locked till I can get open it, of course I paid for the service, if you need some extra key better goes to home depot o whatever, if you need to get a new key looks for another professional place, not this one.

He spent time successfully fixing an ancient door handle which was tricky and not easily replaced. He does take great pride of his work.Now all doors and locks work way better than before. Called in the morning and Gordon himself was at my door just a few hours later. I just moved into this house and the house literally came with a different key for each door lock (we are talking at least 8 different locks that include front door, back door, pool house, garage, gate, family room door, balcony doors, etc). Besides wanting to change the locks for security purposes, I wanted to change the locks so that a single key would work on all of them. I showed Gordon all the locks that needed to be re-keyed and he was able to fix every single one to a single key and the front door deadbolt to a separate key (due to lock differences in the front door deadbolt from all the other locks in the house). My original pool house lock I could not find a key for, so Gordon keyed and installed a brand new doorknob lock for me. Also, my iron gate was not catching in the iron frame, so he fixed the mechanism in that doorknob so that the gate closes properly now and stays shut. Extremely satisfied with his service and will use Gordon Safe & Lock again in the future.

Great place if your looking to make any kind of key. Unlike Lowes, Home Depot or Ace that either dont have the key or always cut them wrong!They have recently doubled their showroom, and added a lot of cool key accessories. Their service is quick if you need cylinders re-keyed while you wait. And the people are friendly and willing to help with whatever weird, crazy lock parts you bring in.I know i can trust them sense they have been in business for over 20 years, located over on 1960. Cant go wrong.

Installed Security cameras for Neighborhood. Had issues with the cameras since day one. They were never clear or dialed in correctly. We spent a lot of money purchasing them and could never get them to come and service them correctly. Now, they want even return calls or answer our requests. Crappy service and support for that much money spent. We are now looking at another company to come service their mistakes.
