Never again!! Locked my keys in my trunk .The lady told me 15 minutes and it took them a hour and a half. When I called to see if I could get a discount for taking soooo long she told no and that it hadnt been an hour yet

Not very trust worthy, clearly told me its illegal to possess a lock pick set. Took me 5 secs to google that was a lie. Totaly legal to possess a kit for your own locks. I would not want anyone this untruthful unlocking anything near me.

I went to A2Z to get some help with labeling some keys. I had tried 5 other local places that made key copies but no one was able to imprint a letter on them so I could keep them organized. A2Z offered the most friendly and professional service! They helped me out very quickly and because I didn't actually need to buy anything, they didn't charge me to stamp the keys! That is the kind of service that is incredibly hard to find these days. A2Z had all kinds of safes and door mechanisms, etc that I saw while we were there. Because of the amazing service I received, we will be looking to them for these things in the future. If you need a reliable, professional locksmith that makes you feel like family the moment you walk in the door, this is your place!

Needed a car key fob programmed so I reached out to A2Z for a quote. Pricing was great so I decided to bring in my car along with the key fob I bought online. Dan was able to program the key in about 30 minutes.Great service and prices. I recommend them!

We had one of their employees come out to look at a broken lock and with out letting us know beforehand of an estimated cost he repaired the lock leaving us to pay for an overcharged price. When we spoke to a representative, she was understanding and offered a 15% discount. We appreciated this although for the absurd amount we were charged it does not make up for the lack of communication to us and not acquiring approval.

A2Z provides EXCELLENT service!!! I had an issue with a deadbolt lock while my husband was out of town on business. In spite of it being late in the day, a technician was sent out in short order. He was extremely courteous, professional & conducted the repair quickly, thus allowing me to rest that evening with my mind at ease. The following day, another technician came to do follow-up repairs & offered to repair any other issues. The office staff is awesome!! Highly recommend A2Z

I recently purchased a replacement vehicle, a 2011 Honda Pilot Touring edition that the seller only provided me with one key. After contacting two Honda dealers and two other locksmiths in my immediate area, I called A2Z Locksmiths and spoke with Zach on phone and set up the purchase of a OEM key fob and the laser key cutting and programing. The customer service was first class and the final price was much, much better than what I was quoted from their competitors. The key fobs for my vehicle are high technology and security. They work flawlessly.

Avoid these guys! Was told 25 minutes, and waited over an hour before just giving up on them.Called a few times, was just told each time someone was on their way. Called the last time, and the employee got angry with me, saying there was nothing he could do.First of all, you can not make claims you have no intention of keeping about response times. Second, you can be more honest about where the technician is and how long its going to actually take after phone calls at 30, 45 and 1hr waiting periods.Called them to get me out of a bind, ends up costing me lots of wasted tim.

I got locked out of my house and called them since they are close. I received prompt service from a nice professional tech, whom I liked. He got me in the house in under five minutes. My gripe is the boss. He's kind of lacking in customer service skills (to put it nicely). I admit I was a bit panicked and high maintenance as I was very stressed, but I was nice when I called, so the punishment didn't fit the crime. Then I received two prices. That should not happen and price should be quoted immediately with a single unified message. Price seemed a bit steep but I didn't really ask around as I was in a hurry. I don't know if I'd use them again but I will say you can count on them sending someone when you need it.

First off I lost my keys, truck and car in the flood. The tech came to my house with none of the right tools, no biggie. He was back in about an hour. It took him 1.5 hours to try to pick all my locks. My garage can no longer be used with a key... and he put the new keys on my gun safe and gate key chain. Not the one with 9 keys & my rental car key on it; which he was given at the very beginning (my new main set). He keyed my front door to the same as my back door? I called back when I was obviously locked out and he said to bad it's another $150.00 plus tax. I had to break a window. Horrible service!

I sceduled them to move a large gun safe. I described the size and weight of the safe and they said they could do it. They showed up the day of my move and said they couldn't do it. They said the safe was too big for them. I had to find someone else at the last minute. All I got was a sorry and 'the boss has had a lot on his mind' as they drove away. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else.
