Great Locksmith!! I took a couple odd pieces that needed keys and they were able to quickly make keys. One of them they had to think outside the box to get it done, but works great. Will be using them again and highly recommend.

Great job. Had lost my backup safe keys and the battery was too low to open. They got it open and also rekeyed a schlage numeric lock for me. Professional and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Kevin and Pam are AWESOME!!! They were the only place to give me the cost over the phone and they were at my house within 20 minutes!!! ZERO STARS. I would not have put any stars. Very rude, unprofessional, and unknowledgable. I was screamed at on the phone. I do not recommend this company. Another company came out and was able to handle my issue the very same day. They took almost a week and would have had an undesirable result had I used this company.

I had a brand new suitcase with a defective TSA lock. These folks were able to open the lock so I could install a replacement. Without their expertise i was looking at a lot of lost time and a large fee. I called another locksmith and they would have charged over $105.00 just to make a house call. Jo-Jo's are great people and very knowledgeable.

We have been using, A Locksmith for years for our cars and houses and duplicate keys. ALWAYS friendly and knowledgable. A few years ago my wife accidentally called a similarly named locksmith in Lakeway and they sent a couple of different guys (obviously sub contractors working on commission) out and the experience was awful!They tried to sell us new doorknobs and locks because they didn't have the right brand in their TRUNK. This was going to cost $400. When my wife asked them to leave, they sat down and said their manager would need them to collect $200 for a service fee if they didn't finish the job.When I got home I gave them a $50 bill and they left.We won't make that mistake again.It's easy to remember, folks! 'A Locksmith' in Lakeway!
