I went to this locksmith to have a bolt on my trailer hitch removed. I lost the key but wanted another one. The man behind the counter - old dude - told me to just drill it after I asked him to take a look and he refused. I had always gone to this establishment because it is in my community and I wanted to support the business. He told me he couldnt help me and looked over me and said Next. A guy that was behind me met me outside and told me to go to Anykind Lock and they could help me. After going to Anykind they completed my situation in 15 minutes. Stay away from this establishment!

The service at Go an Locksmith was great. I went on to have a key made for a personal safe because I lost the original. They made a key, verified the safe would open and made a spare. All for less than twenty dollars. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes. Worth the wait and supporting local businesses. Highly recommended.

They came this morning to my house to fix few problems and the guy was very nice. Couldnt make a copy for my main key and told me to come to the store for it which I did and got 4 keys. Came home and its not working. I call the store to tell him that and to ask him what he thinks I should do well he didnt even let me talk! He was rode telling me that Im arguing with him (which like I wrote I didnt have a chance to finish the sentence) told me to come and get my money back and that he cant do nothing and when I try to tell him that I need to solve the problem he just told me that this conversation is over and Hangs up on me.

Very nice and professional locksmith. I have keypad locks and the battery died. Daniel was quick to answer the call and quick to get me in my house. My dog was going nuts knowing i was right outside and couldn't get in. I would highly recommend them and they will be my first call if i ever get in a bind again. Very fair price as well.

He told me to come back at a certain time to get my property and when I did he told me that he had not had time to ge to it yet. I asked when it would be done then and he told me that I was getting on his nerves. When I confronted him about his rude behavior he told me to take my stuff and get out. He actually raised his fist as if he was going to hit me and I told him to go ahead and do it! You will be going to jail!!

I came in to this shop to have a few keys made for family because I was going out of town and needed them to feed my pets. Let me say, I was so shocked at the attitude of the man behind the counter. I don't know if he was having a bad day or if this is his behavior all the time. He told me it was a waste of his time to try and find one of the keys I needed and basically THREW my set of keys back at me and then told me to leave his store. I was in shock that he would treat anyone this way, much less a lady. I will NEVER come back to this place.

My wife went in to have 2 transponder keys rekeyed because the buttons were dying on our current key fob. She called ahead he said to go to the dealer and get the pin code so I did. She expressed to him that she was getting new keys because she wanted the buttons to work again. It took him all of 5 minutes to use hsi machine to do the keys then he tells her one of them all the buttons work and one doesn't. My wife figured maybe one fob was a dud since we bought them online. It turns out the other remote would only lock and unlock the door but still not open the side doors or the hatch. When she called to ask if he could try again to get it to work he admitted he never even tried the other buttons, told her not to bother coming back that he couldn't/wouldn't do anything and he still charged her $86 for all of 5 minutes of work. It wasn't like there was even anyone else in the store the entire time they were there.
