Contacted them to move our safe, sent them picture of safe & agreed on price. They sent 2 men to our home to do the job. They had the wrong size dolly but tried anyway. While they tried to pad the dolly it wasnt covering the area on the right side near front. The one man shoved the dolly against the safe causing a chip & scratches. They then left telling us they would bring a larger dolly the following day. I then got a text from the lady there stating they would not be able to move it on Friday. I called to inquire what they would do about the damages to my otherwise perfect safe. She said their guys didnt do it. My husband, daughter, & 3 grandkids saw the guy shove the dolly against the safe. I spoke to her on 2 occasions & the story changed each time. I called today to speak with the owner Jon but he refused to come to the phone. His employee caused the damage & lied about it. What kind of owner wont take the time to speak with a customer after his employee caused damage to their property. I had another company move our safe. They were very professional, had the proper equipment & moved our safe with ease. Feel free to contact me for their information but I wouldnt trust Liberty Lock to do the job.

What great Locksmith service in League City! I called them because I locked my keys in my Ford truck at HEB on League City Parkway. They showed up in 15 minutes and were able to get the door open in 2 minutes. They are the best.

I brought in a couple of remote fobs for my Lexus to get programmed. I had originally called the dealer and they wanted an outrageous amount of money and for me to make an appointment, which wasnt available for about a week. I called Liberty Locksmith and she told me to bring them in with the car and they could program without needing to make an appointment. They programmed them in a few minutes and the price was way better than the dealer. I will be back for any car keys I may need in the future. Outstanding customer service and a family run business, which is a big plus in my book.

I called Liberty Locksmith, and Josh came out and was able to repair the lock and now it works great. He lubed up the rest of my locks so the they all work better now. I just happened to get a burrito with my parents at the little restaurant right next door to their shop and walked in and explained my situation.
