My wife and I had a great experience with Mark from DoorPro. We always go with small businesses for services we need because they are part of the community and know our needs. They also know how to serve the customer with a great product or service. DoorPro assessed my needs over the phone and gave us what we needed and more. We just purchased a new home and needed to re-key...I was not sure if I should get all the security stuff online to secure my home. Mark has a lot of experience providing commercial locksmith services and knew that all we needed were security latch plates with 3 inch wood screws and a few 3 inch wood screws in our door hinges. He also did a great job installing an additional deadbolt for the door leading to our garage and installed 2 peepholes in our front door for myself and my wife. We are now much safer than the former owners of this house. Mark was knowledgeable, skilled and very proficient at his job. He also provided great service while going out of his way to help us on the other side of town at the end of a long day (after hours). I am writing this because I wanted to give kudos to Mark at DoorPro for a job well done. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family in the area. Thank you.

I highly recommend this place if you happened to lock your keys in your car like I did. Omar was there less than 10 minutes after I called. He had my car unlocked in the matter of 2 minutes! Not to mention how affordable! Would give 10 stars if I could.
