SCAM ALERT! This company deserves 1 star if that. If you dont know by now the good reviews on here are FAKE. The people that showed up were unprofessional and had no idea what they were doing. They charged me a hefty fee for standing at my door for three minutes to tell me that they couldnt unlock it because it was a smart lock.DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Worst company i have ever used in my entire life. Charged me $169.00 to tell me i needed an Allan Wrench to keep my door open. Didn't use any of his personal belongings. Didn't replace anything. Very Rude, Very Unprofessional-the gentleman that came to tell me i needed an Allen Wrench to keep the door open sat on top of my table.. I do not recommend this company for personal/business use. I wouldn't even give them one star.

Scammer alert! These guys do not know how to open a lock if youre locked out, all they know how to do is drill your door beyond repair which will lead to a costly repair. They also charge $300+ to literally destroy your home.Dont fall for this scam, theyll charge you $30 to come out if you decline to have the break your door.

Its so easy to tell these are fake reviews like come on. Theyre all generic images and the only reviews posted are of lockpick businesses. This company is really shady and so are most in the industry so watch out. Some if not many of these smiths are not qualified as well so be careful. Many will just drill your door out

Horrible, very shady business! Dispatcher told me $10 for a tech to come out, & labor started at $25. He refused to give me a maximum amount for the labor. When the technician came out, he charged me $100 for the service. He told me he added a 15 mile service charge for travel. Thankseir office is less than 5 miles away from my home which is exactly why I called them. Every time I asked the dispatcher for information, he told me only the technician could answer. Business operates very much like a scam. I will never ever call these shady people again.

They subcontract their work, they are not the actual locksmiths, therefore making the charge price ridiculously high. I was not told this was a subcontracted locksmith. On another note the locksmith that came out was very professional and courteous.

Disgusted by this business!!! They price gouged us for a simple lockout. They are supposed to be experienced, but when they knew the make and model still stuck with the 10 fee and 45 service ....the assumption is 55 HOWEVER, after the tech arrives he jacks the price up to 120 plus fee for a total of 132!!! THEY had us between a rock and a hard place because they knew we were DESPERATE !!! We called the management and were told 'Why did you call us then?' WOW!!!! It is this type of shady service that gives small local business owners a BAD name !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! LIARS AND THIEVES

DESPICABLE !!!! THIEVES!!! Simple Ford Focus lockout ....starting price of 10 fee and 45. I have been locked out many times and never paid over 55 dollars so I was MORTIFIED when I was charged 120 for the lockout and 10 for the fee......Purposefully they knew my son was a student desperate and took FULL ADVANTAGE!!!! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE EVER THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES !!!! I called the management and was told that the tech would give me the price....IF the tech was experienced he would know the base for the make and model of the vehicle. BIG RIP OFF !!! IT is this type of horrible price gouging that gives local small business owners a BAD NAME !!!

I DONT recommend them at all- I honestly felt robbed, $10 to come out, understandable, when they show up they told me oh its a smart lock what does that mean? He answers- it wont open without a key- but I can try an open it with a bag method, its going to be $125 ( for a doorknob lock) Next time Ill break the window
