I called this locksmith to get prices. He asked me 2 questions and come to find out, there was a button in my glove compartment to unlock trunk. Out of the previous 10 people I'd called, they all failed to inform me of this. I was unaware of this and am extremely grateful I did not need to pay for services. This gentleman is very kind and very helpful. I recommend his services 100%. Thanks so much sir.

Super quick service and very professional! I spoke with multiple locksmiths before calling Sure-Lock And Safe, they either sounded like they just got outta bed, sounded totally annoyed that I was calling or just straight up hung up on me mid sentence. Great services... my Dodge Charger wouldnt start kept telling me key not detected. Called around and everyone wanted to charge me well over $300 just to replace my key fob. I called Sure lock and safe Jesse came out to where my car was and fixed it for less the $200 and only took 20 mins.

Wanted a key for my sons first car made. Because its a Jaguar Jesse told me he would have to order it. I sent him a text so that he would not forget and he responded yes he would be there. That day came and went so I text him and he said he was waiting on the key. I said no problem, after 2nd day of no return phone calls I decided to text him once again and notify him I was going to look for other locksmith. His response was I understand God Bless. How foolish I thought he might say something like when I get it Ill take off $10. Or move you to the front of the calls that day. Nope just bye. I have plenty of other customers. Very disappointed.

Called a competitor on West Ave first - they have a shorter work week, were less flexible, more expensive, and had lousy customer skills - just very negative and belittling by comparison to Sure Lock. I even asked if they might have a brass blank for a Schlage dead bolt and they threw in two. I told the locksmith 'You guys should start a lockshop for residential work only, and call it - SURE - LOCK HOMES.'

I had an issue with the automatic locks and trunk lock on my Mercedes...Andrew to the rescue! He discovered nothing was wrong with my automatic key... my month old car battery had lost it's charge! Also my manual key wouldn't open the trunk so he made a new key that works!! Needless to say the car battery is going back to where I purchased it! I was quoted a price of $65 to cut and program a key fob I purchased on ebay if done at the office. The locksmith was only able to get the key working but not the remote functions, yet I was charged the full price of $65 plus tax which seems unfair to me.

I bought a motorcycle at an actuion and it didnt have any keys with it. It wouldve cost me a fortune having to buy a new or used ignition, gas cap lock, and trunk lock on eBay or with Yamaha dealer; plus the labor charge for the bike mechanic to install all these items. The steering was lock on the motorcycle and I was told from the bike mechanic looked ignition switch would have to be broken due to the locked steering. Needless to say I Googled a motorcycle locksmith and Sure Lock & Safe came to my rescue. I called right at 10am when they opened and a gentleman answered in a friendly manner. He gladly set me up with an appointment and Andrew showed up on time same day. It took Mr. Andrew 13 minutes to make me a key for the keyless motorcycle. Sure Lock & Safe saved me $100! Thanks guys.
