Highly recommended! The man who did my key was very nice and helpful. He replaced the key in less than 30 minutes and it works great. They give you a warranty on the key as well in case something happens.

Lost my keys and after searching for a few days, gave up and called Keymex. They came out to my location and programmed a new key and fob. Rudy did a great job and was very personable. Great customer service. Highly recommend them.

$10 a key! My regular guy does it for $2.50 for exact same key nothing special. I got two. It would have been good to know price before starting. To top it off. They both dont work. $20 down the drain. I'm never EVER going back.

Tony did my car key after I lost it in the river they came all the way to canyon lake I was scared to death I thought nobody would come help me but I called around and a lot of places didnt wanna come or couldnt make it. Tony was fast and had all he needed to get me going.

My backpack was stolen during a social function and my truck keys were in there. The folks at Keymex came out, unlocked my truck and made a new key and fob on the spot. The price was affordable and didn't take long at all. However. The next day the fob stopped working and after talking with Tony. My tech was back on site and had it fixed. Turn's out there was a malfunction with the fob and they had it fixed and replaced for me all at no cost. I will now be taking all my locksmith business to Keymex. Thanks ya'll!

I have used them 3 - 4 times already . . .and they have come out to my house. This last time no one was at office because they had emergency call. but I called answering service and Tech was there in 5min. 2 Honda non remote keys for $150. Dealer wants $250 for 1. Very bad customer service. The guy on the phone was kidding and messing with me. He just wasted my time. he told me that technician would be here in 25 min to change the lock and nobody showed up its been 3 hours. now they dont pick up my phone. it is just a scam !! wasted my time. now i have to wait till tomorrow to change my lock since every where else is closed now.

There are unprofessional, rude, and racist employees. I went because I wanted my car to be keyless. The person who attended, asked me for the original car key and I have provided it but the key that they have made didn't work. Then the attender told me that the problem was my car, so I must take it to a car shop to review the car computer. At the car shop, the staff revised and told that the car sensors and car computer were fine, and the brand new key had badly quality standards. So, I returned to the locale for the reimbursement and they were nice at the beginning and revised the car again. However, they were unable to fix it. Then, I have asked for the reimbursement, and they told me that I have accepted a service that didn't guarantee to solve the problem. I disagree with that because I have paid $120 dollars and nothing was working, indeed I just wanted my money back; a reimbursement nor less. Thus, one employee started to raise his voice and speaking in English, because we are talking in Spanish; I thought the employee didn't think I was able to understand too. When I noticed that there was nothing to do and my physical integrity was in danger, I left the place in a friendly way. In summing up, I lost my time, almost my life, and money with clueless people, so if you decide to go: think twice before asking for a service.

I was looking for a licensed company bec i found many of this locksmiths companies that are an actual scam. I saw keymex to be the one with more reviews and decided to give them a chance. They were prompt and professional when installing the new hardware needed on my commercial property and i was surprised when They mentioned they do cars too. So they changed my locks and even made keys for my working trucks. Really nice to have a company thet does it all. Thumbs up
