Robbins Safe & Lock along with Eddie came to our rescue today. We lost the only key we had for our truck and were dreading having to make the call for service. This morning I called Robbins Safe & Lock, the experience with this company was exceptional from the very first call! The woman who took my call this morning was so kind and professional. She told me exactly what to expect next and sure enough was on point. Then Eddie reached out to me as promised and also told me exactly what to expect. He came out, provided the same level of professionalism and was so polite you'd think we were neighbors. They are also taking steps to protect their employees and customers during this time, which I appreciate. Thank you Eddie and Robbins Safe & Lock!

Had to get a new key/fobe for my vehicle. Eddie reprogrammed the key and all was well. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. The first thing I noticed the first time I walked in the office was how clean and organized their office is setup. Mrs. Robbins is a very nice lady too. I paid half the price the dealership was asking for. So,... I'm happy I chose Robbins.

Very efficient knowledgeable staff. Even after I replaced my battery in my key fob at home it wouldn't work. The technician could have charged me a big programming fee and I would not have known the difference. However he just replaced my replacement battery and I was ready to go. Honesty is so important in business. I will use Robbins Safe and Lock for all my car and home key needs.

Absolutely amazing!! Eddie M. provided top notch service. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He came out to my employer's office for a door issue that we had previously been told might be 'unfixable', and in a matter of minutes it was clear he was an expert in the field. It ended up being an easy fix. I also happened to lock my keys in my car the same day he came out to service my company; Eddie truly blessed me when he helped me with that as well. Very helpful was in and out in about 20 minutes even though I made a few mistakes with my anti theft system Edd was able to bypass it with a few steps easy , I even lucked out on a key fob being available to me and no extra charge , good pricing and a 30 in house warranty! Couldn't be happier with my choice of Robbins locksmith.

I came a couple weeks ago to try to get a spare for my Mazda and Eddie made the whole experience a breeze. He is extremely knowledgable and friendly. He save me about $150 for my spare. I just came back today for my brothers car and saved about $120. Best locksmith in town!
