I can not express how GRATEFUL I was for this company as well as how easy they were able to get me into my rental car. I called one competitor and they made the situation worse, by not unlocking the trunk, which is where the keys happened to be located. This started a chain of events while in the parking lot of the Silos. The Silos security guards couldn't get into the car. A detective from the City of Waco could not get into the car. I called Enterprise AND the Hyundai Dealership, they could not get me into the car. Finally, I called a tow truck and was going to get the car back to Enterprise so we could continue our vacation, albeit without our wallets, my new wedding ring (which I lost while trying to get the trunk open), and our daily bags. When the tow truck driver suggested calling All Star, I looked at it as a last-ditch effort. I was able to reach them, and he told me the price, I said, I will gladly pay you that plus some if you get it open. He got there, and within 5 minutes he had the trunk open, and we were on our way! Mind you this was nearly 4 hours of trying to get into the trunk. All Star saved our vacation, and I wish I would have called them FIRST!

Beware when they tell you someone is already on there way it's not true. I was told while I was on the phone they were already on there way, 45 minutes later I get a call from the person who is coming to unlock my door to tell me he is on his way. He sounded annoyed with me when I tell him they told me he was on his way 45 min. ago, he tells me he was doing other jobs. That's fine but I shouldn't have been told he wss on his way, I had ice cream and other frozen foods in my car, I would have called another company if I hadn't have been lied to..

Crazy story. My wife, dog, and I were stranded on the way to Dallas from Houston. The key fob (poorly designed key) to my 08 accord broke, the key detached from the key fob and the immobilizer inside the fob had been misplaced in Fairfield, TX. Our insurance, could only offer a towing services, there were no auto locksmiths in the town available, or ubers, or lyfts. We were stuck. We ended up staying at a hotel for a night and calling locksmiths in surrounding areas the next morning. Luckily, we came across All Star Lockout and they were the only ones willing to help. They traveled over an hour and got the job done in like 15 minutes. Theyre true professionals, who are very reasonably priced, and actually care about their customers which is hard to come across these days. Thanks for your help again!

All Star Lockout is truly a 5 star business. They were also the most reasonablely priced for what we needed.We purchased an older Lexus that came with only one key, we needed more then one additional spare. Daniel not only cut and programmed all my additional keys but gave me information on how to save money on the blanks.(since our need for a key was not immediate we had some additional options on obtaining the blanks) By all I read, once my keys were cut, I should have been able to do on board programming. When I tried and could not get my car into program mode, I called All Star Lockout back and made arrangements for them to come and do the programming at a time convenient to both of us. Daniel solved the problem, and now I have 3 keys with working remotes and 2 Valet keys, all for the 1/2 the price the dealer was going to charge me for one key.

We were helping friends move from Waco to Tyler. We left our van parked at a Walmart in Waco since we rented a moving truck. When we came back to Waco we realized we left the keys at a gas station in Brownsboro (2 hours away!) We didnt want to drive all the way to the gas station and drive all the way back to Waco (btw we live in Copperas Cove) We called All Star Lockouts and they arrived within 20 mins. It only took the technician about 10 mins to get us a new key and we were on the road. It was super fast and great service. in addition to my previous review. Just to give everyone a little idea of how grateful we are... We got back to Waco at 8pm. If we had gone back to Brownsboro to get our keys we wouldnt have been back into Waco until around midnight. And then we still wouldnt have gotten HOME until around 1-2am. Our friends who were kind enough to offer to drive us to and from Brownsboro wouldnt have gotten home until about 3-4am. All Star Lockouts quite literally saved our lives because all of us were exhausted from moving furniture to a second story apartment in the hot 101 degree weather. We would not have been able to stay awake to drive that much more, on top of the fact that we all had to work early the next morning. $165 for a new key is nothing compared to what could have happened that night. So again, thank you SOOO very much to All Stars.

Great great service!! Very prompt and arrived exactly on schedule. Quickly unlocked vehicle and went above and beyond cutting and programming a new key and then looked up the keypad code that has been unknown since i bought my truck! Thank you for job well done!

Grandsons 2007 Malibu needed fobs programmed, but the door lock switches didnt work. They recommend where to buy switches, and programmed the fobs after I installed the new door switches. They did a awesome job and went out of their way to help fix our problem. Key fobs now work, and best price in town! Thank you so much!!!Date 07/12/2018

$35 for car lock out service...best price in town. Quick friendly service.2nd time using these folks. Reprogrammed replacement key and had me rolling in 10 minutes for $175. Note to all...dont knock your keys in the garbage disposal.

Amazing customer service! We were stranded on a holiday weekend and they saved the day! I needed a laser cut key and the only other place in town told us it would be a two day wait. So thankful they came. Very professional, fast, and prices are very competitive.

Fantastic! I lost my car key with no spare, and when I called right away the gentleman on the phone got my info and number, and said someone would be out shortly. I got a call about half an hour later and Deryl was on his way. 15 minutes later I had my key! Beyond happy with the customer service!

Absolutely appalling how these people do business. Everything seemed great at first. A young boy came out took ignition key cylinder out and started rekeying it. I noticed that he left the truck on so i got in to realize that i cant cut it back off bc the ignition cylinder was out. So then he is about to charge me $110 for re keying my ignition only to find out that the original key also works. He says oh i didnt catch that at first. I say well what do we need to do? He says i need to replace the lock mechanism or the ignition. And then proceeds to ask for my payment. I tell him Im not paying for a service that was not performed. He says well pay half and the other half when we finish it. I Absolutely will not. So then he is on the phone with the owner, his dad, Daniel, and i say can i talk to Daniel? He hangs up and says call him yourself. I call the owner and he gives me a price for the door key and service charge, and says he wont charge for the ignition work. Okay cool. Then i come out and he is packing up to leave but is asking for my payment on an EMPTY WORK ORDER and says sign here. i say how much? He says $45 for the door key and service call. And $10 to jump off your truck. I say well its your fault that my truck is dead because you left my ignition on while you cut it. It was NOT DEAD. He says well its still 10 dollars and Im not doing it til you pay me. I say well then you can leave and i wont pay you anything, youre not going to leave me stranded. He calls his daddy and then says well sign the work order. Again hands me an empty work order and says put your name at the top and sign it so i write $45 and do what he says and hand it to him. Then he says, well Im not jumping the truck until you pay me. We go back and forth until he agrees to NOT charge me for jumping my truck since it was HIS fault. And i end up paying him before he jumps it. He looks at me and throws the cables on the ground and says are you going to hook it up or not so i hook it up, start it and throw the cables on the ground as he did me. I said where is the door key? He walks right past me and puts the door key in the door and walks away, drives off in a huff. The owner also said that when i get a new ignition itll be 75 to reflash it. Which means you literally turn the key in the on position for 10.5 minutes and its done. I called the owner Daniel, about how the situation was handled and he was talking to another individual, didnt even listen to me. HORRIBLE HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE.
