We purchased a gun safe from a local retailer. They referred us to Brewer Lock & Safe for delivery. We called and spoke to an employee, & left a message for Bill. Bill Brewer was very prompt in returning our call and scheduling the delivery. He and his assistant were very professional and delivered our gun safe the same day! They delivered and set up the safe exactly where we wanted it. Also he helped us with setting up our code and giving us great advice about the safe! Excellent service and we WILL use him again!!

I live in Austin but owned and needed to have moved a 2500-pound safe out of a closet at my parents' previous home in Waco with no notice so a sale of the property could go forward the next day. At the behest of the seller, Bill came at 7 p.m. on his way back from delivering a safe to Dallas and, in a display of extreme competence, singly-handedly maneuvered the safe out of the closet and onto his trailer. He then took it to his shop and offered to store it until I could arrange for it to be moved to my home. All this without asking for a credit card number or even speaking with me. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. I don't know of course will be similar to mine but I do know you, too, will find Bill Brewer to be a man who provides the service we once could expect and now rarely receive -- gracious and trusting, honest, and exceedingly competent. I look forward to working with him again.

**long but please read may really help**Great service, great to work with and just amazing. My wife and I purchased a very large safe, the location we purchased it at would only deliver to my front door but not place it. The store actually gave us the information for Brewer lock & safe co.. Once the safe was delivered to the store of purchase I contacted the office at Brewers and was delighted to find out that they could deliver my safe that same day just two days before Christmas. The gentleman that came to my house was very nice and professional, came in talked to me and examined my home layout and placement where the safe was going. He placed moving blankets and steel sheets to protect my flooring all the way to where the safe was going and was even able to get it around a very difficult Courbet ( like I said LARGE safe lol) After placing my safe he gave me a 15 min course on how my dial lock operates, maintenance, tricks, and didnt leave till I was comfortable with the operation of my safe. I would recommend Brewers lick &safe to anyone needing a safe moved or maintenance done. I look forward to working with them more in the future and hope you try them out.
