There is no set pricing sheet, so they are free to charge whatever, depending on your desperation. I was charged $220 for 15 minutes of labor switching out locks, which felt like a total rip off.

Called at 7:25 and was told I would be called back in 5-10 minutes. 40 minutes pass and I call back to be told I would be called back again after they see whats going on with the technician. They call back to tell me that their technician let them know he isnt available today so they dont have anyone they can send out for the rest of the day. Why even answer if there is no one available?

I needed a new car key since mine wore down. Initially I thought it was the entire ignition that went out. They could have up sold me something I really didnt need but diagnosed the problem right away and took under 20 min to code and make the key! Really know what theyre doing! Great customer service!!

As a property manager, we routinely need locks re-keyed and other services from locksmiths constantly. I got lucky when I called Texas Premier Locksmith because not only did they cover the basics like timeliness, professionalism, quality work and courtesy, but they took on and accomplished tougher items like original locks from a house built in 1945. Yesterday I called this company to have a lock change. I given an appointment for today (6/21/19) at 1:00 pm. The box I need re- locked was located in a storage unit. I arrived at the arranged location at 12:45. At 1:05 I called to ask if anyone was still coming, since no one had called me. At the same time Jeremy (the person who was supposed to be there) tried to call me. Because I could not answer he said he give my appointment to the next person put that he would be there in 30 minutes. At 2:57 he called saying he could be there in 23 minuets and if I still wanted him to come. I asked if he was being serious. He hung up on me and canceled the appointment. I call the company and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was placed on hold. I called back and was told I should find another company. But that a superior would call me back.

I got locked out of my garage. Jeremy did a great job. He was very polite and worked quickly. Once he got there, it only took about ten minutes for him to open my garage. It took less than thirty minutes for Jeremy to arrive after I put in the request. Another company told me it would take over an hour. I see a lot of reviews complaining about hidden charges. I did not have that experience. I was told there was a $30 fee for the technician to come out, which is completely reasonable. Why should they show up for free? Its a business after all. I was also told the total price would depend on the job. Once they know the details and what method they need to use, they will give you a quote. If you dont like the quote, you dont have to use their services. If in doubt, ASK. Overall, great experience. I would recommended Texas Premier Locksmith to friends, and I will use them again if I ever need their services.

Jeremy arrived within 15 to 20 minutes of me calling for help, I checked with several of the area's for service on the matter and Texas Premier Locksmith offered a rate I could afford.
