Very bad customer service! It was 8:20pm, I asked how much it would cost to unlock my vehicle. His answer to my question was $50. I told him I only had $40 cash, not saying I couldn't go get the other $10 after he got the keys out. His reply back was 'I can do it for that in the morning.' Meaning it's not worth his time. Will never recommend him to anyone, they probably would not be worth his time either. It upset me enough to figure a way to get my keys out myself, and save $50.
