I drove my car into a flooded road on a late Sunday night. My car was completely sunk and these guys literally waded out into the cold dark water to get my car out. They had a very positive attitude and were so extremely nice & helpful. I'm definitely going to to refer this company to anyone that needs towing. Ladds unlocked my car for me today. Both locksmiths were unavailable and told me to call Ladds. Im SO grateful they were quick and so kind. Ladds towing made the 40 mile trip up to Duck Creek including 5 miles back a muddy dirt road to pull me out in a timely manner. The hard work and professionalism Ladd displayed is second to none. Laramie pulled us out of a mudhole when we were stuck axle-deep in the middle of nowhere at 6 pm with a storm coming. He was fast to arrive, efficient, and very friendly and helpful. He did not make us feel like the idiots we were to have gotten ourselves in a bad spot. Highly recommend!

Best tow company you can have on your side! Could have taken advantage of an 82 year old man when they had to tow his 5th wheel and store it while his truck was being fixed. But instead they did it free of charge! Cant say that about too many other tow companies! Thanks Laramie!

We were on a cross country trip in Grand Staircase when our truck broke down. Insurance got Ladds towing out to bring us to the dealership in Cedar City. Laramie drove us the 2.5 hours and since our camper is our home he helped us find a spot for the camper while the truck was repaired. It didnt stop there, he even called a couple days later to check in on us. Excellent company!

I've never been treated better by a roadside service company! Our car broke down on the side of I-15. My insurance company sent a tow to help. These guys were polite,clean, help full, handsome and new what they were doing. They did something under the hood and my VW was as good as new. No problems the whole way home to California.! Laramy and his sister Jessie were fantastic. Hooked up the van, drove us an hour and a half to a dealer in St. George and offered to give us a ride to our hotel and made three stops to look for some fuel additive to help us out on the way. Great folks, great company.

My truck died halfway down the mountain from Brianhead. It was cold/ snowing and I had 4 other people with me (3 of them were kids). I had to leave my passengers and find a ride to Parowan because I had no cell service where we were stuck. Contacted my insurance company and they told me that the tow truck company would come pick us up in 90 minutes (an eternity in the cold with no heat). I cannot express how happy and relieved I was when Ladd's Towing walked in to pick me up within 20 minutes of contacting my insurance company. We jumped in the tow truck and headed up the mountain to get my cold passengers and my truck. They towed us to Cedar City and even helped to get my truck up and running so we could head back to Vegas (they would have been towing us all the way to Vegas if my truck wouldn't start). They fixed my truck and, after we made it back to Vegas, Laramy called me to make sure we made it home safely. I have to say that Laramy and Connor were great, friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help us in every way they could. This is a fantastic company that I would refer everytime! There is something to be said about family owned businesses such as Ladd's Towing. Thanks for helping us out!!!

We love Ladds towing!!! Laramie, Ladds tow truck driver, is our hero for saving us from being stranded on the highway. I was with my mother, and 6 children ages 14 down to 1 years-old when our Tahoe broke down, Laramie saw us and came to the rescue. He pulled our car up on his truck and we got an exciting ride to Cedar City where he dropped us off at a hotel and then took our car to the mechanic. Ladds Towing turned a scary experience into a fun one! Here we are riding on the back of the truck, Thank you!

Ladds came and picked us up on the side of the freeway and took us to the nearest mechanic only to find out they couldnt help us. They happily let us park our car on their lot until we could come pick it up the next day and then took us to the nearest diner until our ride could come get us. We can't thank Ladd's Towing enough. While the car was drivable we didn't want to risk the extra 20 miles into Cedar City. Laramy was very understanding even though it was the middle of the night. Not only did he recommend a hotel but he recommended a great mechanic (Matt's Auto & RV repair), but he drove past the shop to show how to get there from the hotel. The truck was large and comfortable and fit up to 4-5 people. The best part is they are contracted with some insurance companies so this tow was covered for us. Laramy was so nice and personable. Ladd's Towing is the only towing company in town that isn't trying to rob you! They aren't trying to hold your car ransom, and extort every dime they can get out of you! I won't even call another towing company, why would I? They're the cheapest in town, and ACTUALLY arrive quickly. I've had to get my car out of impound and towed all the way from Parowan. I'm still angry about the time I made the mistake of calling a different company. They charged me triple TRIPLE what Ladd's charged me. Thank you Ladd's!!!

Ladd' s towing goes above and beyond for every customer. Last night I locked my keys in my car outside of Walgreens in Cedar City. My six year old was with me, it was freezing, windy and my only extra key was also in the car. My sister suggested I called Ladd's for a unlock service. Laramie one of Ladd's son's answered the phone and asked me where I was. He tole me he would send some one out to help. Within 15 minutes some one was there and he had my car unlocked not more than 3 minutes later.That is not an exaggeration!! In my past experience with tow companies I have waited for sometimes up to 2 hours! I cant believe how fast they came to my rescue and had me on my way .Ladd's Towing gives exceptional service. Laramy rescued us 24 miles south of Cedar and pulled out truck and trailer to the KOA. He then dropped the truck off for us at the shop to get fixed. He was quick and very nice. The truck was very clean inside, until we accidentally dumped food crumbs all over the back from our kids car seat. Thanks for the tow Laramy.

We broke down while passing through Cedar City on a family vacation. We were stuck on the freeway off ramp. It was really hot weather, but we didn't have to wait long. They were very quick getting to us and the guy was really friendly. We got a ride to a hotel and then he towed are car to a shop. They helped to save our vacation.

Honestly having to get your car towed is never fun especially when your 4 hours out from home. I had a great time actually. Joking and laughing around with the driver who was able to drive my two friends, me, and my car safely home in the craziest snow. He got to me fast and got us home even though it was already 9pm. They even offered cheaper prices than my insurance company. Definitely give these guys a call. From Parowan to Cottonwood Heights it was a great time.

Fantastic operation. I highly recommend these guys. Several vehicles including mine side off the road during a late spring snow storm. After wrenching me out, they said 'no charge' and moved on tho the next vehicle. Had to almost force them to take a '$$$ tip'. Very friendly and professional, took care while wrenching to dodge debris and boulders that likely would of damaged my truck.

I had a tire blow out on my 5th wheel on the freeway and Reed was out to me very quickly. He swapped the tire and got me on my way very fast. I can say I've never been in a situation like that and Reed made it a lot less stressful. I would definitely recommend calling them first if you have any trouble.
