This is the perfect place to get cabin needs and enjoy a neighborhood conversation. Doug makes us feel like we are 'true value' and helps us get all the things we need. He has special ordered items when needed. This is a heart of the Duck Creek Village. Great products, excellent customer service, and terrific atmosphere.

I love the handwashing station with hot water out front to keep us safe. Everyone inside was friendly and the store was clean. Has a cool area up top with medium and small size camping items and some cute trendy clothes.

I love the service.Last weekend, I needed a rake to finish a job I was doing.They were sold out. Instead of sending me away empty handed, the owner of the store, Doug, loaned me a couple of his personal rakes.I tried to tell him no, but he kept insisting, went outside, and got them for me.The kicker? I've been in the store a few times and bought stuff, but he really doesn't know me. Doug's just a good dude that wanted to help.This is consistent with the service I've received everytime I've been in the store.I purposely don't buy things other places now just so I can give them my business here.Highly recommend supporting this small business owner.

Not only are the staff knowledgeable and extremely friendly if they don't have what your looking for they will order it or tell you where you might find it. Doug and Sam are great owners and take pride in their store. Doug even came to our cabin to install a stove that we purchase from him last fall. That's a good neighbor.

I am pretty impressed by this store. It is about the pricing that you would expect for a hardware store up the mountain. It has an awesome selection and an even better staff. They have a little bit of everything here including decorations and other stuff for the family including clothes. Last time I was there they even gave out popcorn. It was a little while ago so I am not sure if it still happens. We have a cabin at Navajo Lake and we come here every time we need to fix something.

Love this place as well. For a small town store up in the mountains, this hardware store has really got all the bases covered; with great customer service, items on the shelves that you really need, reasonable pricing, and even a bag of popcorn for every shopper. Over the three years I have owned a cabin near Duck Creek Village, this store has never let me down. The people who work at this store continually go the distance to provide assistance, and they always do it with a friendly smile. Can't beat it!!!
