The quality of the work was 100% satisfactory, but the price was astonishing and more than double the 'high end' national average for rekeying a house. Apparently, the verbal quote I received over the phone did not include an ADDITIONAL $300 worth of work due to a 'miscommunication.' Lesson learned: should have stuck with the quote I had in writing from Best 24hr Locksmith for $199.
