Locked me keys in my car around 9pm. Got a quick response and the tech was on his way shortly after the call. Arrived in a timely manor and it probably took him less than 10 mins to get my car open. Now, the price it what was outrageous. I paid nearly $200 for this service which I thought was very expensive.

Extremely weird experience with them. I locked my keys in my car, and I called them to pop the door open. They matched the price of a competitor, which was awesome! The tech was very fast, super helpful, and generally awesome. However, the dispatcher called me after the service had been performed and yelled (literally yelled, I don't remember the last time another adult yelled at me) about how I swindled him and that he didn't agree to the price I was charged (he did). Weird customer service strategy, I was ready to use them to make duplicates of my fob car keys, but now I will definitely not be using them.

I highly reccomend this company, i have called 15 companies trying to find the best prices and best service. Other companies never returned calls and were so expensive. I called their company, they gave me the best service, the best price, and were so fast. I will definitely use this company in the future if needed. They are professional, fast, and easy.

Do Not Use This Company! I needed a new key fob programmed on a Sunday. They gave me a time and didnt show up. I rescheduled for the next morning and the tech would not answer the phone that next morning. I called a different company. When the tech showed up late he was angry with me for calling someone else. He yelled at me calling me names and cursing as he drove away.

Ben arrived quickly and went out of his way to get my new key made when it was freezing cold outside and circumstances (not caused by him) caused the job to take a lot longer than it was supposed to. He stayed until the job was done and was nice about it. Excellent service! I would recommend this company for sure!

Great company. They came and made me a key at snowbird ski resort when I lost my key on the mountain. Ben let me wait in their car while the key was being made because it was freezing outside. The locksmith I called suggested that he try to fix my problem over the phone, AND HE DID FIX IT, for free, to save me money. He talked with me a couple of times to make sure I got his instructions right I appreciate it so much and it is it is so nice that he didn't just come to our house and charge a lot of money. He FIXED it! I can get my camper shell open! I am going to send the company's link to to my family who may need them someday.. And ... it is well worth it for a customer to try to understand an accent that is difficult to understand. In my case it turned out very well!
