They were quick and efficient with re-keying our camp trailer. We called, set up an appointment for the next day and all was done within about 25 minutes.

We waited half an hour after the scheduled appointment time before hearing her would be late. Having other appointments run long is understandable, but communicating that early can save time. I was then surprised to learn that keys were required in order to re-key the home or there would be an extra charge per lock. The call was scheduled as part of a home warranty and they may have dropped the ball, failing to mention that. He did offer a discount at the time, but I was annoyed from the wait, just to find out it would be more money to do the work. I ended up just replacing all the door hardware myself, despite the fact that he later texted offering to make things right, which was commendable and prompted an edit to my original review.

I had managed to lock my keys in my car on a very busy day for me. I was fully stressing out, as I knew I was going to get way behind schedule. He showed up within 20 minutes and got me into my car within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this service!!

Neal Cramer was courteous, kind, prompt, and seemed to sincerely care about our problem. He discussed security issues with us from his vast experience and knowledge, and took all the measures we asked him to. and more, to help us feel secure in our home. Neal charged less than we were expecting by quite a bit, although for his level of service we were prepared to pay whatever he charged. We can't recommend Neal and A1 Lockshop enough. 5 stars!
