William's Garage showed such compassion and understanding when helping me after an accident. I forgot to leave my keys before leaving my car at his garage and the windows were down - he put plastic in them until he could get they keys just in case it rained in the mean time. I also didn't live close by, so he arranged to meet me near my work while he was doing another job to get said keys. Talk about going the extra mile! It was a really stressful time that William's Garage was a bright spot and source of fresh air in the midst of - highly recommend calling them if you need a tow. Thanks again!

I didnt actually have my car towed by this business, but I called and they were so kind! Money is tight for everyone right now, and they recommended someone closer that would be more affordable for me. Good people.

I actually didn't have a car towed by Williams Garage either, but Daryl (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was kind enough to help me locate my uncle's car at another garage. My uncle has dementia and couldn't remember who towed his car when he ran out of gas on I-64. I contacted Virginia State police, Staunton Police Dept, and Charlottesville Police Dept. None of them had any encounter with the car according to their records. My family and I started calling every towing company we could find between Staunton and Charlottesville. I got answering machines, terse answers, totally blown off, and even hung up on. Daryl was the only one who stopped and talked to me. I guess he could hear how frantic I was. He took the time to give me suggestions for tow companies that could have gotten the car. My family lives in the Washington, DC area, so we don't have any connections in that part of Virginia. He made some phone calls for me, and ultimately posted the situation on Facebook. That posting got the eye of the actual company that towed my uncle's car!!! He called me back with the news within an hour of talking to him! HE IS AWESOME!! My uncle is frail, and it's looking like he may be heading to Hospice. Locating his car meant the world to him! We spent days trying to find it, and Daryl found it in less than an hour!! He could have blown me off like all the others did, but he stopped to help, and we will be forever grateful for his kindness. THANKS DARYL!!! YOU'RE THE BEST!!! Teddi :o)

I was stranded because of a busted hose and although my insurance company told me it would be 2 hours, Darrel contacted me and made it in 15 minutes! He did a great job with my car and was even great with the family I was staying with. He learned the two young boys were excited about tow trucks and allowed them to help in the ways they could and even gave them a few minutes to explore his truck. I couldnt ask for better service. I highly recommend him!

on June 15, 2018 ... I was coming back to Orange from taking my girl (dog) Cilla to the CASPCA to be cremated ... I was already quite upset and having a really bad day when I lost control of my car on this very sharp curve on route 609 just before the stop sign to turn left to head straight to Orange ... I ended up about 20 foot down an embankment ... thankfully I was sent 3 angels that day ... one of them was Darrel ... Harvey Williams son ... he was able to get my car out of the embankment and did this completely unravelled woman the biggest kindness I have been given in forever ... I will keep that between us ... but I cant sing his praises enough ... I would not only call Williams Garage again and again if needed ... but I highly recommend this awesome business to anyone who needs help on the road ... I would give 100 stars if I could ... thanks again Darrel

Great service, and low prices. I went here to get my brakes checked, it turned out my rear brakes were worn down to the metal and all four of my rotors were bad (huge grooves). They were not content to just let me take their word for it, and insisted that I come look and explained how the damaged parts could affect driving. I was so impressed with their honesty and I was amazed at how low the quote was. I plan to use them for all my auto repair needs.

I was leaving Gordon's villa va. Heading for Harrisonburg va. When my truck started missing.I looked ahead and seen a garage and immediately stopped in and told the owner of my problem .He immediately went to diagnose my problem and said I needed a fuel filter and probably a fuel pump he said he would have it done in a few days I left the truck there in a few days he later he called me and said it was fixed his prices were very reasonable I am well satisfied with his service David Neff
